Not mad at Rena but slightly disappointed. Out of the blue on April 25th she released her third photobook, had no clue it was coming out but that's not what I was disappointed in. It's the fact last Autumn she announced a few times she would no longer be doing gravure spreads and it appears she wasn't telling the truth. WPB had put out two large pictorials with the title of 'The Last' and also had her final gravure spread in their first issue of the year.
That was only four months ago so why is she suddenly going back on her word so soon? Have only seen a few promo pics from the book, if it's not packed with swimsuit pics then that would be okay but why would Rena release a PB without them as those pics have been her bread and butter? Plus why would a photobook come out on that date, sales of everything are at an all time low so she or her management should have put it on hold for a few months. Still a Rena fan but can't understand why she would go back on her word so quickly.
Not a huge post at all as it's mainly just the two mag spreads mentioned in the title. Rena does have a new drama beginning on May 15th which looks to be promising, may check it out. She's an exclusive model for Non-no though they never have enough new pics at their site.
"Tabirean trip 3" is the title of Rena's third photobook which came out on April 25th, there wasn't too much promoting for it and of course no event could be held. Have some advance pics from it with the photo shoots taking place in Okinawa and Mie.
Both these spreads have outtake pics from the photo shoot. First off is this biggish set and Rena was the cover girl for the April issue of BLT Graph.
Second Rena spread to promote the photobook is from the May 8th edition of Friday.
Rena new posts really good. Big fan of Rena hope it is not her last PB. Loved her in the drama "Million Yen Women"
