Nogizaka46: The tantalizing 'Minami Umezawa post' #19....

 

 Wrote this post up three days ago but decided to not publish it until now. One reason is that there were an awful lot of Nogi posts in a row, nothing wrong with that but wanted to spread them out a bit. But the main reason is because the weekends have become a bit more difficult to have posts unless I hold some things back. That all started with the health crisis as Friday to Sunday was once the busiest days of a week. Now they're the slowest and Tuesday to Thursday is the busy stretch. Just checked and the Tokyo Olympics will be starting on July 23rd so from about the mid point of that month until August 10th or so it will be an extremely slow period here and for my faves. Actresses and Idols don't want to compete with the games so bet there will be so little going on, may be the perfect time for me to take a break too.

 But of course wouldn't take that much time off, that slow period could be a good time to have some lists. Haven't had any since December so though I said there would be some in June will wait until July. What I've never done is have any kind of combined '46' lists of the members. Who are my biggest faves ever, you viewers most popular members and will think of a few others. One could be who is the most sexiest '46' gal ever. To me it's today's honoree and have been saying that about Minami for two years now, that may be the easiest list to do then as she just boggles my mind with her sultriness though not in an overt way. However she wouldn't be number one on my all time fave members list, that will be hard to determine and now I'm looking forward to doing those lists.

 Didn't think this would be a large post but do have 55 or so new pics for today. Minami just may have more posts than any Idol since last July, think it's fourteen and she's been averaging a post a month so far this year. First up are a few pics from her Nogi blog and Instagram page, really like the bottom two. Just above them are some pics from last week's 'All Night Nippon' radio show. That pair has become good friends the last two years and I really want to see them do a few mag spreads together.

 There's finally been many Nogi group cards that have come out after a slowish 2020 for them. These are all from this year and many are for the group's 9th Birthday shows that took place in February.

 Even though Nogi's next single is coming out in three weeks bet we won't see any members at an event, there's been zero regular ones this year. But there was a 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show on February 28th and there will be another in September. But think 'Girls Award' has cancelled their shows for 2021 and always thought the members looked better at them. This batch of Minami pics is from  their last show that took place on September 28th.

 At one time there were five Nogi members who were models for the With magazine and their OL collection. The others only did that campaign for about six months but Minami has remained and now has been a model for them for over three years. These are from their last two issues, top five are from May while the others are for June.

 My top Minami pics are from the With Online site, they're hard to top. Some of these new ones are in  the above spreads but these pics are much better as they're bigger plus have no graphics on them.

 Will get to posting the pics from Minami's first PB eventually. Sales have been about 115,000 copies sold so hopefully that means we'll see a second one in the future. Some outtake pics from the book which you may have seen but who can ever get tired of gaping at these?!

 Minami these days is usually the cover girl for the mags she appears in. She has that honor for today's final set of pics which are from the May 26th issue of Weekly Shonen. For the fourth time in a row Minami will be in the front row of a Nogi single, not many other members can say they have but don't think we'll ever see her be a center though at times that can be overrated. After the pics is an older video which has been posted before but I really like it and it's a promo for the group's 22nd single.
