May seem hard to believe but that top pic may be my second favorite of any member, that's from one very underrated photobook. Been a very quiet stretch for Keya posts as this is only their third in five weeks. There are two good reasons for that, one is that the group begins their Spring tour this week and have probably been rehearsing for it. The other is that three members will be in a drama that stars four other '46' gals, that series is called "Actress" and will begin in five days. Hope it gets subbed as it's been too long since I've seen any '46' drama. So as the title says this will feature promo pics for the 'Uni's on Air' game and it's the third month in a row that there's been a post like this one. The other two weren't all that popular but these are darn good posts as you'll see at least four photos of every Keya member plus can give some news about them.
Speaking of photobooks and dramas have to mention
Rei. She will in the "Actress" series plus her first photobook will be released on April 18th. These are some promo pics from it and I'm so shocked there's been so little promoting of it to date.... that top pic is a huge WINNER to me!
"Sakurazuki" is the name of Keya's latest single, the fifth since they changed their name to Sakura. In it's eight weeks out it's sold 382,000 copies, that'll probably increase to over 400K because of the upcoming tour. But that'll still be the group's lowest selling single and have they passed their peak? Sure hope not but they need more promoting such as for the above book. Fuyuka, rounding out the quartet are the second generation members
Rina I and
Marino.
There hasn't been any recent magazine spreads nor events but still hope to have a regular group post within the next ten days. How about more of
Rina but this is a different member who is
Matsuda and since November has been Keya's second captain. I really like the way she looks but like most members it's so difficult to have solo posts for her. These are some new photos from her IG page and she just opened that about a month ago.
This set is from Keya's 'Diary' blog and most members still post there. Featured here is
Yumiko and thought why not have some pics of her as she'll be graduating soon. No date has been announced but sure it'll be near the end of the Spring tour so about seven weeks from now.
Now on to the promo pics for the 'Uni's on Air' web game. These are special ones for the game's
3.5 anniversary(?!) so don't think any regular ones will be coming out for April but these look just the same as any other month which means super duper! There's nineteen members who each have four pics for a total of 76 of them. Will have three batches of five members, the final one will feature four and to lead off are the remaining five first generation members.
Yui naturally is first, hope to have an April post for her as she's had at least one for eight consecutive months. Up next is
Mizuho and doesn't she look so alike to the above member? Third gal is
Minami and have mentioned her already, last two are
Rina U who is the oldest member and rounding out the set is
Fuyuka.
The other fourteen members will all be from the second generation, there are some of these pics for the new 3G gals but will hold off on them for a while longer. Leading off is my fave 2G member Rena and should have a post for her soon, the one for her photobook will be one of the top five most viewed posts for 2023. Up next is Rei and did mention her briefly, she's followed by Rina I, with three in Keya having that first name why haven't the trio had a song yet?! Last two for this set are for Hono and the group's third Rina.
Hikaru is first up in this batch, just did a post for her last weekend. I've come to like her quite a bit however she just may be the least popular '46' member of all time here which is sad to see, she'll be in the upcoming drama. Second up is the group's other
Yui and did want to have a birthday post for her but forgot all about it(!), she turned 21 on March 23rd. Third member is
Akiho, her birthday is on October 12th and four members have an October birthday within eleven days of each other. The fourth member has an odd set of pics for they're for her January birthday. The member is
Marino and for some unknown reason she didn't have any of these photos at the 'Uni's on Air' site, her name was listed but no photos and rounding out this set is
Karin.
Down to the final four and up first is Kira who comes so close to cracking a smile! She's followed by Hikari who will be hitting the age of 24 in a week, after her is Keya's youngest member Ten. Last member is Yumiko and did give some info about her already, the main reason for her graduating is because of her health.
