Juri Takahashi: Magazine scans #3

 Don't know if it'll come out sounding right but there's one fave of mine who I want to do so many posts for yet never get the chance to. Of course I'm referring to Juri who to me could be is close to being the hottest gal around these days or at least she could be the #1 for all the '48' members except for one SKE gal. But there's rarely anything worthwhile to post about Juri, her mag spreads for today are her fist solo ones since April but she also doesn't do enough activities outside of AKB.
 Will say I'm surprised there was no AKB drama this year and I've always enjoyed their shows. What's really good about them is that it features the older members from all of the '48' groups. With AKB having so many young members it's really prevented me from getting back into them as at one time I was a huge fan of the group. "Cabasuka Gakuen" is what really opened my eyes to Juri and since then can't take my eyes off her, seeing her in another drama would have oki doki..

Bonus Nao tidbit: This isn't an SKE post but did notice there is a excellent video of "Oki Doki" on YT from the 'Shin Domoto Kyuodai' show. Won't post the video but just search by the song and it'll be right there, what's so refreshing about it is that they sing it live and the PV for it is a must watch.

 Not a fan of the AKB Senbatsu elections that are held in June, it's a nice concept which got destroyed by greed. Juri has moved steadily up in the voting these last few years going from unranked to 28th to 25th to 15th and last year was 11th. With some members graduating looks like she'll finally make the top ten. Juri does a good job at keeping her blog updated but has too many pics with other members, here are some recent ones with the bottom two being from her 20th b-day.

 On to the newer mag spreads, there's three for today and all are truly out of this world. The pics are so stupendous it makes me so perplexed on why Juri doesn't appear in more mags, bet a few of you will be thinking the same thing when you view these and especially the final set. First off is a group spread from the October issue of Bomb, presume all know who is with her.

 The last two are both solo spreads and it was hard to decide which one was better, how can one choose between perfection? We'll call it a tie but this one may have lost by .00001% and these beyond jaw-dropping Juri pics are from the December edition of UTB.

 This final set is the creme of the creme as Juri graced the cover for the November 7th issue of Manga Action. Always forget about the group's "Sailor Zombie" drama from 2014, looks like a fun series and there's a behind the scenes video of it after these electrifying pics.
