Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Ji-won Ha: The King 2 Hearts episode 8 screenshots and recap
Hope my brain can make it through another recap, doing 4 in a row leaves it more muddled than usual.
We ended off last episode with John Mayer's men killing the King and his wife with some poisonous pellets that they had put in their fireplace, at least one good thing in a way happened and that was with their sister. She had jumped off a cliff but luckily was noticed in time by a security officer and rushed to the hospital, she did survive but however has lost the use of her legs. Now that the King is gone his younger brother the Prince, Lee Jae Ha, is getting ready to assume the throne, it was a position he had hoped never to take. And as far as Ji-won's character Kim Hang Ah goes she was becoming quite confused and didn't know where she stood in the eyes of the royal family these days. Her biggest supporter was the King but now that he was gone who could she turn to as the Prince's mother still hadn't accepted her, she was all alone for the most part in a foreign country but at least she lived in a palace where she could have anything she needed.
The wedding between Kim and the Prince still hasn't happened, that had to take a seat on the back burner as he's now been installed as the King of Korea and to his credit he is trying quite hard to fulfill his duties. By the end of the episode Kim has finally started being slowly accepted by the Prince's mother, the sister who had lost the use if her legs was still in the hospital and was quite hard to deal with, none of the doctors nor her mother could get through to her. Kim however was able to break down her barriers a bit, those two had hit it off in the very beginning and now the sister trusted Kim over anyone else, the mother though she didn't show it was a bit impressed.
Lot of things going on now in this drama, too much to get into each of them fully but this really has turned into a must watch, what I like is never knowing what's going to happen next, there's 12 more episodes to go too! Will be back soon I hope with another 4-pack of recaps, the episodes have proved harder to get than you would think plus a new season of J-dramas is about to start but will try to keep this as a high priority. So far would highly, highly recommend this drama, I'm a bit amazed at how terrific and compelling it's been, if you get the chance to watch it by all means do.... as usual let's end off with some fantastic screenshots of
Ji-won from this last episode.
