Hello Project groups aren't immune from scandals or other negative activities but there hasn't been nearly the amount of them compared to 46/48 groups. A huge reason for that is because of the size of the groups and Hello Project ones are much smaller. C-ute only had five members for eight years and until late 2018 Juice=Juice also only had five members. The biggest groups have been Morning Musume and Angerme but they each just have a dozen. Meanwhile AKB must have well over a hundred members with all those teams, they've had many members who aren't well known who have been in scandals and such so those stories often get swept under the rug. So I think when a group is smaller the members know each other better and you don't see anyone make huge mistakes because of that as it's more of a family atmosphere.
This isn't the post to get into opinions about Nogi but there is such a world of difference between the '46' and Hello Project groups. So sure most Nogi fans know what's been going on and for now will hold back on doing any posts for them until an outcome from this disaster has been determined. Hopefully management will wise up and listen to their fans but '46' leaders tend to have a closed mind on such matters. Then again posts for Nogi and especially the more scandal ridden Keya have been slowing down drastically so no big deal in a way, just hope that the gals form Hina never get infected. But on the bright side that gives me a chance to work on more posts for H!P groups and I've always enjoyed their music more. Just so much harder to have posts for the members as they don't appear in as many magazines, at events or do a lot of outside work but will still be working on some posts.
Because I'm only going back a year for Maria's things these posts will just be medium sized so there can be more of them but all will have at least fifty pics. Maria is quite popular in Japan as she's usually the cover girl for the magazines she appears in. She has that honor for both of today's spreads and this first set is from the March 11th issue of Weekly Shonen Champion.
