Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Akari Suda: Continuing her late run to be my #1 fave for 2023!!!!

Hate to admit something like this but it appears there will be about 130 less posts this year than 2022. That's ten fewer posts for a month and wish it wasn't going to happen but I've been kind of powerless to prevent it. Have given many reasons in other posts and bet other blogs may have a transition period such as I'm having. But one thing will at least remain the same which is the amount of women who will qualify for the yearly faves list, it's easy to do as just six posts are needed. Last 26 women hit that mark and as of now 25 have six or more posts. Three just need one more so it looks like 28 will make the cut for 2023. So that does mean there's a huge core of women who have been busy this year which is a huge positive and will have more ramblings about such things soon enough.

The title to this post is right on the money and it's not like Akari has popped out of nowhere. For months had been saying how it appeared she would finish around the fifth position on this year's faves list. But what a nice roll she's been on since June and she may end up with more posts than any other woman this year! This year's #1 will be revealed around December 20th which is exactly ten weeks from now. A lot can happen in that period but as of now would place Akari as my #1 of the year and someone like her really deserves an honor like that. It still is close between her and last year's number one and Akari does have one advantage. Which is her age as in less than three weeks will be hitting the age of 32. When positions are extremely close usually will give the higher spot to the older person as they may not have many other chances to ever be #1.

Just did a post for Akari five days ago and didn't think her next could be done until about the 20th of this month. But in that short amount of time there's been forty new pics plus have some older ones so once again she will have a huge post of about seventy photos. In her last post had some pics of Akari appearing at last Saturday's 'Tokyo Collection Show' that was held in Kitakyushu. Found five more terrific pics from the show and she took her stroll on the Creates stage... how about that bottom pic?!

It being October thought I'd have some older SKE cards for this month. But except for Halloween ones she has so few of them compared to November and December. Do have a few older cards and almost positive they hadn't been posted before.

Akari will have two fan club events for her October 31st birthday. She'll also have some events for her second essay book that will be coming out on November 1st so she could be in line for another 3-4 posts by the end of November. That last post for her is worth checking out as it had Akari's first gravure spread in ten months. Nothing new for this post so let's go back in time for this set from the August 18. 2015 issue of Manga Action. Did post this before but think this is a higher quality set of pics.

Lot of events for Akari since July and did say she has at least four more coming up. On October 9th she was in the Tsu which is in Mie prefecture for their yearly 'Tsu Festival' and she was a special ambassador. The festival is for old and new acts of performing arts and the city isn't too far from Akari's hometown of Aichi. Though it rained there were over 200,000 people who showed up at the opening parade and have many pics here from it.

After this final batch of pics have a video of the above event. Always end off with many photos from Akari's IG page as to me they're tough to top! Usually have more but seeing as how her last post was just done five days ago she has posted a high amount of pics since then.
