Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Hikaru Morita: Is once again hoping this post doesn't make you run for the hills!!!!

Twice in the past week have mentioned how it's so odd that when Keya releases a single how difficult it is to do posts for them. That just makes zero sense to me, there's only been one group post this month and this is just the third post for a member. For the third time Hikaru was the center of a Keya single, it's their seventh since the name change to Sakura. "Shounin Yokkyuu" is the title of the song which came out on October 18th, first week sales were close to 450,000 copies sold and that's their highest total since the name change. Keya has been much busier musically this year and it has been paying off as their popularity has certainly gone up and can't say that about most J-Pop groups these days.

Tried to do this post a week ago though it didn't pan out but that's okay as I got a few more new pics in the meantime. This is Hikaru's second post in the past month and that's never happened before with her, it's her fourth solo post for 2023. Let's get right to things as I need to write another up once this is done and will lead off with some recent pics from Keya's group blog. It's called 'Diary' and to date Hikaru doesn't have her own IG page yet, seems most second generation members don't.

Hikaru has never been that popular here and odds are she never will be. But in the last year or so I've really taken such a liking towards her and will admit am so curious to see what she would look like in her own photobook. Once again the monthly pics for the 'Uni's on Air' game are late coming out, this is their worst month to date as zero have been released. So instead of them have some of Hikaru's 2022 Keya cards and fairly sure most had never been in a group post.

Hikaru's last post was done on September 30th and it featured pics from her appearance at that day's 'Girls Award' show. Afterwards she did an interview with TheTV.jp site which where these photos are from and also have the link to it. She mainly talked about fashion plus how huge of a Pokemon fan she is and of course some things about Keya: TheTV interview

Back in July Keya began another group game called 'Saku Koi', Hina and Nogi also have versions of the game. The members have promo pics for the game and by far Hikaru has more than anyone else, these new ones just came out last week.

Hmmmm, maybe towards the end of next month can have yet another post for Hikaru. She'll be the cover girl for the December issue of Bubka and some advance pics for it.

Knew this was not going to be a large post and we're at the end though it did seem like there were quite a few pics. Hikaru is often the cover girl for the magazines she appears in and has the honor once again for the November 1st issue of Weekly Shonen, some pics are from the photo shoot. Except for 'Showroom' there's been no recent videos. So will have an encore viewing of one that came out a month ago at Keya's second YT channel, it's after the pics and is of Hikaru showing off her passion for Pokemon and it is subbed in English which did make it a much more enjoyable view.
