Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kasumi Mori: Her second blissful intro post!

Blogger stats seem to be fairly accurate but not always 100% of the time. Though Kasumi's first intro post was done only three days ago it already has the seventh highest amount of views for the past month! However you won't see that post in the section for 'Most Popular Posts of the Past Thirty Days' and have noticed that's happened before. Maybe it's some sort of timing issue as the post isn't that old but it does please me that the first post has been so popular, know we have a long way to go in 2024 but can see her easily being my #1 newbie of the year. EDIT: Knock on wood as the day after publishing this that first post did make the section and think it's currently the fourth most viewed post.

Those two above are from a December magazine spread, won't be having that for today but you'll be seeing it soon enough. That's because there should be another four intro posts for Kasumi and know they won't be stopping when all six are done as she has and will be one busy woman. She's the first announcer I've done posts for in a while and used to have a fair amount of them. Did give most of Kasumi's bio info in that first post, at 28 in age she's one of the oldest to ever be introduced. Mainly because she was an announcer for TV-Tokyo up until a year ago, these days she's very busy as a freelancer and she never had appeared in a magazine up until last July.

Like that first post will have a little bit of many things, will try to wait a week until post #3. First off are these photos from Kasumi's IG page that she posted from late November to almost Christmas, noticed she posts many more these days.

Kasumi has been doing a lot of regular modeling work but will save those pics for future posts. Do have some fine pics here from a With series that began last April and it was right after leaving TV-Tokyo. It is an interesting interview spilt up into four parts, have the link to part one and you can access the others from that. Tokyo Woman's Christian University is where she attended school and graduated from there in 2019: With interview

In that interview Kasumi talked about playing the piano, she seems to be a master at it and is certainly one talented woman.... quite an attractive one too. Three weeks ago Kasumi released her first photobook and that's been such a success. In it's first two weeks out the book has been #1 on the charts selling about 24,000 copies and these days that's an impressive figure. Here's a mini spread from the February 26th issue of WPB that features outtake pics from it.

Hard to call a seven page spread mini and here's another on promoting the book that's slightly larger from the January 5th edition of Friday. Still have eight more Kasumi spreads that are all from July to December of last year, will save those for her future posts.

Will end off with some beyond stupendous pics and they could be my fave event photos from 2023!!! Last November 7th an ultra radiant Kasumi attended the 'Roppongi Hills Christmas 2023' tree lighting ceremony, the exhibit had 800,000 lights and even that amount didn't outshine Kasumi! Plenty of super duper pics from the ceremony and following them is a video from the event.
