Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Haruka Fukuhara: Her premiere '𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔' post plus more goodies....

What that title means is that there will be photos from four events in this post! Began writing this up yesterday, one event will be taking place today so wanted to wait for some hopefully superb pics from it. I will never do any kind of post on.... who out of the hundreds of women I've posted about would make for the best girlfriend? But on occasion have said so and so would be way up there on the list, have mentioned Haruka's name a few times. That's because so few would top her, in all honesty can think of only three or four others who may make for a better girlfriend! This is her first post in ten weeks but least they're beginning to come more often. Did have that stretch of almost a year without any posts for Haruka, this now makes six since October and three since the 'Nao Year' began, would love to see her make the fave's list once again and she has finished in the top ten three times.

My 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list did turn out to be decent and have no qualms on anybody who made it. That list was done in the second half of 2022, that happened to be when Haruka was filming that Asadora show and we didn't hear from her for about half a year. That may have played a part in her not making the list and she barely missed it, if I do a third version of that list in 2026 she would easily be in the top ten if she continues to be semi-busy. "Shojiki Fudosan" season two is her current drama and heard it is being subbed. But and that's a huge BUT heard that the subs are a bit inferior so will wait a while before viewing the show. Wouldn't recap the entire season but would like to do at least four episodes and hopefully better subs will be coming along.

If I did posts for twenty different women Haruka's would probably get the 18th most views! She is not all that popular here, an occasional posts has been but very few and as I've said before there's no doubt the lack of gravure photos is a big reason. However that's also a huge reason why I like her so much, she doesn't need to dress skimpy to catch my eye, hope a few others also have that opinion. First off are these IG pics but this is it for the past two months, she will never post many of them and to me that's a positive as I'm not a fan of social media sites either.

No new magazine spreads for Haruka today and that's a bit too common for her. Don't know if its true but to me she tends to have so many more spreads in the Spring, April and May, compared to the rest of the year. Not sure if this was in her last post but this may be her most recent spread to date that's from the December issue of Bijin Hyakka, she needs to be a full time model for some site.

Had a 'clean version' of that bottom pic near the top of the post, to me it's one of the top photos of the past year! How about a long movie title.... "I Wish I Could Meet You Again on the Hill Where That Flower Blooms"!!!! That's the title of Haruka's latest film that came out on December 8th and it has been very successful. There were many interviews done to promote the film, here are some fabulous pics from the Youth Clip site. Just discovered this interview yesterday, here's the link to it and did find it to be quite informative: Youth Clip site

The "I Wish I Could Meet You Again on the Hill Where That Flower Blooms" has had six events, two screenings and then the premiere on December 8th. Since then then there's been three 'Thank You' events for the fans as the film was #1 at the box office in it's first two weeks out and remained in the top ten for a few more weeks so that was one popular movie which was set at the end of WWII. Here's the third and probably final event to thank the fans which took place on February 5th and I truly like the way Haruka looks at events, really how she looks 100% of the time!!!!

Am taking a break after this set to wait for today's event which will be the next set of pics and there will be one more after that. On January 31st Haruka was at the opening ceremony for the Snoopy Museum in Machida and officially opened the following day. They seem to have museums for everything these days, it also has special rooms for the other Peanuts characters and there is a cafe along with a store, she did claim to be a huge fan since childhood.

Guess the wait was worth it as there are some sharp looking pic from today's 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show that was held at the Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo. Haruka really did look so alluring to me and she took her stroll on the Y2K stage. So many actresses, models and Idols appear at these shows so their strolls on the catwalk are never that long which is why there aren't more photos plus the show just ended about two hours ago, perhaps if I waited until tomorrow there would have been more.

Will end off with naturally more event pics which took place on February 26th. It was for the snack brand Calbee, she's done so many CM's for the company and also has appeared at quite a few events. Haruka was promoting a new CM for them and also a new chip called Crisps, at the event she mentioned about eating too much which I find very hard to believe! There is a video of the event but instead will have her new CM for the Crispy chip and there's also a short behind the scenes segment, that video is after the pics.
