Welcome to this Baka's blog on his fave Japanese Pop Culture interests.
Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Hiragana Keyaki46: 2018 Magazine scans #6 and so much more....
Though overall I like the Kanji members a bit more as a group prefer Hiragana these days over the regular Keya group. Now it's two separate groups and seems 2018 has been a much better year for Hiragana who released their first album back in June. It hit #1 on the charts and it's a fairly solid collection of tunes, plus they've performed at so many more concerts this year than the Kanji members who have cancelled many due to one member.
Those two pics at the top are for two upcoming concert appearances for Hiragana. They'll be traveling to Korea for the Asia Festival along with appearing at the Age Stock Festival, will have more info in their upcoming posts. Should be a few more before the end of the year as December looks to be a busy month as they'll be performing three concerts from December 11th to the 13th at Budokan, they performed there back in January too. Speaking of Budokan here's some pics from a special show they appeared at on October 26th called 'Hot Stuff 40th Anniversary Masaka'.
That bottom pic is for a new play titled "Zambi" which will be opening up in two days at Tokyo Dome City Hall. As you can see there will also be members from Keya in Nogi in the play. The video at the top is a brand new one for Coco Curry, these are some screenshots along with two promo pics.
Shame there was no 2018 drama for Hiragana, though it had an iffy ending really enjoyed their "Re:Mind" drama from 2017. On to the mag spreads and there's plenty of them for today as this may be Hiragana's biggest post to date. These are new for here though I'm not 100% certain of this first one but may as well post it in case it hadn't been. It features the trio of Kumi, Shiho and Sarina which is from Young Magazine #36.
Kumi and Shiho are also in this next spread and they're joined by my fave member who is Kyoko. Will have that 'Top Fave Nogi/Keya members' list coming up soon, Kyoko will definitely make it. This superb set is from UTB+ #43 from September.
Kyoko is also in this next set which is from the November 28th edition of Weekly Shonen. Just have her pics as she shared the spread with Nao who hasn't hit eighteen yet so left her pics out.
Next up is a group spread from issue #39 of WPB, once again left out the pages that had members younger than eighteen out.
This final spread is an older one but know it wasn't posted before. Once again Kyoko is in the set and besides me know many viewers out there like her quite a bit too, she shares the set with Shiho who currently is my second fave member. They have the first ten pics with the ones after featuring the members Mana and Sarina, this last spread is from the July 13th issue of Young Animal.
