Whew, eleven posts in 2 1/2 days is a record for me and my brain has become more mushy than ever. Above are two pics from the 2017 series "I'm Not A Robot" and that's a show I'm planning on checking out as it really looks interesting and has had mainly positive reviews. Do have it but and will be viewing it soon but will I watch the entire series and do posts for it? Unsure at the moment but the odds are no to both questions as I'm starting to grow a bit tired of Korean dramas, not the shows themselves as they're solid but how long they are and how much time you have to commit to them.
That commitment is something I don't want to do these days and there's some good reasons for it. The main one being the time it takes me to view an entire sixteen episode series and possibly doing recaps for them all. An hour show turns into seventy minutes for me after taking so many screenshots and jotting down some notes. So that's 19 hours plus an hour to write up a recap as they're always lengthy. That total then is 35 hours(!) for one series between viewing and writing the recaps up, that's a lot of time and to me way too much. So for a while will try to find some shorter Korean series that are only five or so episodes, ones that are much longer will just recap the first 3-4 shows. At least the quality has risen for Japanese dramas these past two years and there's plenty of shorter ones that are quite good as you've been noticing here lately.
Whew, isn't she just so incredibly hot yet so adorable....
So my original plan for the "Where Stars Land" drama was to recap all sixteen episodes or had been thinking perhaps just half of that. But scrapped that idea as there's too many other posts and dramas I need to do, so will be viewing the show but will only have semi-recaps in Soo-Bin's posts and truly hope there's many more on the way. But following this is a post with a pair of mini recaps for the second and third episodes, figured I took so many screenshots couldn't let them go to waste. So this post will be much shorter than planned, realize this and the next post aren't among the better ones I've done but need to increase the amount of Soo-Bin posts. These terrific pics are for an interview she did for the drama with the Toin site.
In the drama Soo-Bin plays the part of 27 year old Han Yeo-Reom. She's been at the Incheon International Airport for a year but are her days numbered? She's been in so much hot water over that year and has been suspended for swearing at passengers, coming close to being in fights with them and just hasn't shown that professional image. Yeo-Reom had done that working in the Transportation department, now she's been assigned to Passenger Services and this will her last chance to do well or she'll be shown the door.
Episode one dealt with Yeo-Reom's first day at her new assignment and that didn't go so well but things were getting better by the fifth episode. Her first task was to quell an incident in the main section of terminal one where an unruly passenger was out of control and was breaking ticket kiosks. Yeo-Reom's old instinct would have been to pummel the lunatic but she refrained and instead it appeared this man was going to pummel her! But to save the day Lee appeared and he's one of her co-workers in the new department. Talked briefly about Lee in the next post and this man has some super human strength as both his right arm and leg are bionic! Didn't take screenshots of the fourth and fifth episodes for the reasons I gave above. This is a fine series and don't want to stop viewing it, for now need to take a break from recapping such long Korean shows but then again will do some posts for her other drama mentioned in the beginning.
The drama began on October 1, 2018 and on that day Soo-Bin and the other main members of the cast were at an event which took place at the Incheon airport. Soo-Bin looked so superb at the event but doesn't she always(?) though perhaps not nearly as alluring as she is at so many others. Short video of the event after the pics and there are just so many different kinds for the show on YT.
