Welcome to this Baka's blog on his fave Japanese Pop Culture interests.
Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Ikumi Hisamatsu: 'Friday Digital photobook' scans from December 2016
Another post done before the August 24th change, the goal was to have five for dramas and as many as possible for photobooks, over ten combined between the two categories and wonder how I did? As mentioned a few times uploading huge batches of pics has been a problem for fellow bloggers so have been trying to get as many of these kinds of posts done before the 24th. This is the fourth post done for gravure models and am trying to have one more of them, couple of reasons for that which I explained in other posts but had also been letting many of the pics pile up.
If I had to do a list for my top gravure models of all time would probably have Ikumi in the fourth position but at one time she may have been in third. She is #1 in a category for the models as this is her 42nd post and no other gravure model comes close to that total. But there's been no new pics for Ikumi in over a year and have been wondering what's happened to her? She co-hosts a semi-regular golf show and she is an avid player. But besides that there's been nothing about her for the past year such as appearing in dramas, magazines or at events, where has she disappeared to????
That's a good question and if I had the answer wouldn't have needed to ask it. She was quite busy from 2015 to 2018 but not enough to warrant such a long break. Ikumi turned 24 back in February and have been noticing so many gravure models are 'retiring' from that field around that age and hope that's not the case for her. For all of the posts I've done for her this is one that was somehow missed, triple checked her posts and this wasn't there. Better late than never as of course this pictorial is quite tremendous and so few models top Ikumi's incredible figure though she also has such an attractive face. As mentioned this digital PB was released in December 2016 when she was twenty in age.
