Misato Ugaki: A little bit of this and that....

 

 Back in 2019 Misato finished third(!) on my top twenty faves list yet this will be the second year in a row she'll miss out. That's because her posts have been so inconsistent and that's not my fault as I wish she could have at least one a month. Last year Misato only had one post up until August and then four huge ones up until the end of the year. On August 8th of this year did her first post for 2021(!) and here we are back quickly with another one. Hope the pace will continue but not holding my breath, she does have many fans here as that last post has been one of the more popular ones this month.

 Seems as though just about every fave actress, model or Idol of mine has had at least one photobook, there's really only one I can think of who doesn't. And of course that's Misato and wondering why she doesn't as it seems most of her 'peers' have released one the past few years. Misato turned thirty back in April and I've noticed that the photobooks for slightly older women are often huge sellers. I'd love to see a book from her and it makes me wonder why that hasn't happened yet, there's been so few non-Idol books this year bet one from her would have been a massive seller.

 Oh well, have noticed often when I make a comment or wish like that it ends up happening though once again won't be holding my breath. Not a huge post for today but there's fifty new pics though half are for a pair of new mag spreads, will start off with come recent IG pics.

 A major reason for the decrease in posts for Misato is because there's been so few events the last sixteen months. From 2018 to early 2020 no woman attended more events than she did and she always looked so classy at them. But with the restrictions on them taking place it's meant so much less to post about Misato, she's only been at one event this year. That also means there's been no new cosplaying pics from her which I've really missed.

 Just a small batch of new modeling pics which are from the ViVi site, modeling is also another activity that's seen a huge decrease in pics.

 But I have a feeling the biggest reason for the decrease in activities is that she wanted a mini break. From 2015 to early 2020 Misato appeared at so many events plus did much modeling work, during that time she was also a freelance TV announcer and still hosts two radio shows. "Kanojo wa Kirei datta" is the title of her first regular drama and she has a semi large role in it, here's some fine interview pics from 'TheTV.jp' site for the series and also here's the link to it: TheTV interview

 Will be ending off with a pair of ultra superb mag spreads and both are good sized as they combine to be 25 pics. First off is this set from the August 16th issue of Big Comic Spirits and Misato has been their cover girls about five times. 

 Misato graces the cover for another fine set which is from the September 8th edition of Weekly Shonen. For some reason these two spreads put that idea of a photobook in my head and it's a shame it wasn't to be.... yet! Have a feeling the next Misato post won't be too far in the future, know she does have some Autumn Collection modeling pics that will be coming out soon. Plus she'll grace another mag cover which will be for Bijin Hyakka, short yet terrific promo video for it after the pics.
