Nogizaka46: The distinguished 'Hinako Kitano post' #18....

 

 Monday was a regular day off, just couldn't find anything to post about yesterday as this slow period is stretching on for just way too long. Thought there would be a second post for today but just didn't have quite enough to finish it. Actually have the makings of five posts so let me concentrate on them and with luck will have all of them done by the weekend. This is the first time Hinako has ever had two posts in a month, on August 1st had one for her 25th birthday but was two weeks late with it but like all of her solo posts it was a fabulous one. After not being a Senbatsu member for the last three singles she will be for the upcoming one which will be released at the end of September.

 But in a way I think being a Senbatsu member is a bit overrated if you're a Nogi member. There's usually twenty or more members on that main song so it's easy to not get noticed. But on Undergirl songs there's often only a dozen members so you can get much screen time plus Hinako has been the center for two songs. But Hinako was a bit down after not being chosen for the last three singles so this may mean she'll remain with Nogi for at least another year or I hope so, she is popular but kind of wonder what she or others will do when they finally graduate?

 Speaking of graduations there's been way too many this past year, this may sound hard to believe but within a month there's only going to be eleven first and second generation members left. So that's the main reason for my dwindling enthusiasm for Nogi, after most of those members are gone there may be no more posts for them. A good mate of hers is Miria who will be graduating soon, though she's had 500+ pics in group posts has never had a solo one. But will be doing one very soon and in a week she'll have her first photobook coming out to celebrate(?) her departure. That may be the biggest post of the year and will have it early next month, the bottom pic is one from the book and I'm amazed at some of the pics I've seen from it which are simply breathtaking....

 That'll be Nogi's third photobook of the year but all have been graduation books, no regular ones since last November. Don't understand why as many other Idols have put out books this year, we truly need second or third ones from the first and second generation gals. Hinako's lone PB was released on December 27, 2018 and that's kind of an odd date for a book. But it did sell quite well, over 65,000 copies which is quite impressive as she's not among the most popular members, hope we don't have to wait until she leaves for her second photobook. On that date did a post as Hinako held an event for the book, some of these were in that post but also many are new ones I found.

 The next 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show will be held on September 4th but Hinako once again won't be in attendance. Only five Nogi members will at the show and will have posts for at least three of them. Have plenty of new group cards and there's been so many more compared to 2020, this smallish batch are promo ones for the groups 'NogiKoi' smartphone game.

 Back in April Hinako opened an Instagram page, for two months she was posting so many pics. But she's slowed down recently and these are the only ones for August.

 In Hinako's last post had these terrific outtake pics from a new BLT photo shoot.

 And for today have Hinako's spread which is from BLT's September issue, know she has another spread coming out so perhaps there won't be a long gap with her next post. All of the members had a solo video to promote their last single "Gomen ne Fingers Crossed" which was released on June 9th, Hinako's video is after the pics.
