Hinatazaka46: The slightly early 'Happy 23rd Birthday to Mei Higashimura' post plus....

 

 .... it's finally her first ever solo post! But not sure when this will be published, writing this up early on a Friday morning though want to have more than just this and the three drama recaps below this. Mei's birthday in on Monday the 23rd, was going to take that day off and do this on Sunday. But as you viewers have been noticing it's still an ultra quiet period for happenings, know there will be many posts two weeks from now but until then it may remain a bit more quiet than usual here. When I was setting this post up was noticing the many other Hina members. For an Idol group very few could be considered gravure models which these days is rare for an Idol. But these gals are so attractive in their own way and does it really matter if so few reveal themselves like so many others do? Doesn't bother me all that much and besides being so attractive the members are just so darn likable, many will be at the September 4th 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show so will have 4-5 posts after the event.

 You seldom see Mei at any of those fashion shows and think the main reason is that an actress or Idol needs to be a model for a site or mag which she isn't. Mei isn't my fave Hina member but could be in second place, I've been enamored with her for so long and don't know if many will agree but she has turned into such an alluring young woman. For Hina's first two or so years it seemed Mei was the forgotten gal of the first generation members, can barely remember her in the "Re:Mind" drama. But these days she may appear in more mags than any other Hina member and why hasn't a modeling site/mag signed her up?

 Nice long legs but at 153 cm Mei is the second shortest Hina gal. So while this is her first ever solo post bet she's had 250+ pics in group posts, need to have more of these for other members. So while it's a 'birthday post' they usually end up just being regular ones but always superb, if you're a Mei fan you should enjoy all of today's pics. Think the total will be over 85, twenty have been in some recent group posts but that sill means about 65 new ones. Being a few days early means there's no birthday pics for this year yet but do have a few oldies.

 Am holding back a mag spread, Mei is such a busy woman am planning on having her second solo post before the month is up. More older pics yet new in a way but they've never been posted before which are some birthday cards plus some real old ones for the 'KeyaKise' web game.

 More promo pics for a web game which are for 'Uni's on Air', it features members from Hina and Keya. Top eight are brand new while the others were in May and June group posts.

 Mei is one of Hina's best bloggers and almost always posts many pics but this is all she's had so far for August or at least her only solo pics.

 Hina's only single of the year came out on May 26th, with Nogi and Keya having upcoming ones wouldn't be surprised if Hina's next single will be at the end of October. "Kimi Shika Katan" was the title of that last single, some bonus pics that were included with the ultra version.

 Here's an oldie Mei spread that I had overlooked that came out last November, it's volume #140 of Marquee.

 Those above are new pics for here but didn't realize until a few minutes ago the spread was in a recent Hina group post. But it's a fabulous set of pics so why not have an encore viewing, this post's final batch is from the September issue of Entame. As is the case for most Hina members there aren't many solo videos but have a short one with Mei after the pics to promote the group's last single.
