Keyakizaka46: The slightly early.... 'Happy 26th Birthday to Yuuka Sugai post'....

 

 Has there ever been an Idol photobook without shots of them brushing their teeth? Sure there has been but I can't recall any from the past few years, have my thoughts on why we keep seeing them and maybe will discuss that in an upcoming post for another Keya's book. That may be in two days or two weeks, still editing the scans. Just slightly early with this post as it doesn't take place until the 29th but 'birthday posts' tend to be regular ones. And regular ones are what we haven't seen from Yuuka this year, just her second one and she used to average four a year. Plus there's been so few group posts this year so she may have been forgotten by a few fans. So if you are a Yuuka fan this post is for you as there may be a hundred new pics from this year plus a few oldies. Speaking of photobooks the most popular Keya post ever has been for her "Finacee" book that came out in June 2018. It's approaching 10,000 views and that's kind of surprising, if you missed it here's the link to the post:

 Yuuka has been Keya's only captain in history and can I still say that a year from now? There's two impending graduations, no official date has been set but they should be happening in January. Really hope I'm wrong with this premonition but can see her not being a Keya member for her 27th birthday, can't give a good reason why but just a feeling I have. But as mentioned really hope I'm wrong and don't think anyone in the world has cared about Keya(Sakura) more than Yuuka has, not even management who make the big $$ of them. Odds are close to 0% but wouldn't someone like her with such a background being an Idol plus having a college degree be a perfect manager for a group like Keya? I think she would make for an excellent manager and she realizes(with me) the huge mistakes the current management has made over the years but we'll probably never see that happen.

 Shame Yuuka hasn't had more posts over the years as I really, really like her immensely. There aren't many Idols who have such an attractive face or are as smart, if she had averaged six solo posts a year I could have seen her make every yearly faves list and she's also a fave of many viewers here too. As mentioned there's a huge amount of new pics for today, had thought about doing a post 2-3 months ago but it kind of slipped my mind. No new birthday pics for this year as it hasn't happened yet but some from years past.

 Those may be the only pics you've seen in prior posts. In 2020 there were very few Keya group cards released, that's changed this year and have a few recent ones. The bottom eight are for the 'W-KEYAKI Fes' that took part from July 10th to the 12th, it featured concerts from Keya and Hina.

 Too early for Christmas cards/pics but that day is less than a month away, if some new cards come out or there's an event will have a group post around the holiday. Have some oldie X-Mas pics here which are almost all brand new save for the bottom two which may be my top pics of the post!!!!

 Sure I can find some space under my tree for them!!!! The pics just above those are older promo ones for the 'Uni's on Air' web game, as many Keya/Hina fans know have been having a series of them with the members and will be ending the post off with all of her 2021 pics. We've never seen Yuuka in a drama outside of the Keya ones but she'll be in her fifth stage play that begins on February 26th. It's called "Curtains" and will try to have a solo post for her around that date.

 Sure fans also know that Yuuka is an ace equestrian, for the fifth year in a row she's a member of the 'Japan Equestrian Federation' and is their special ambassador. Some recent pics from the group's Diary' blog but she posts less solo ones than most members. On October 27th after 5 1/2 years she 'graduated' from being a host of the 'ReCon' radio show that aired Wednesday nights and that bottom pic is from the final show.

 Whew, long post and we still have a ways to go! Yuuka is one sharp woman which is why I was saying wouldn't she make for a top notch Keya manager? She's also taking up writing and wrote some essays for the Nikkei Entertainment magazine earlier this year, these are from their May issue.

 No recent solo spreads but have a fabulous new set from the January issue of Bubka. Her mate has become a big fave of mine and will have another solo post for her in about ten days.

 We've hit the end and for the finale have some superb promo pics for the 'Uni's on Air web game. All are from this year and work backwards from November to January and none had been in any prior 2021 posts, isn't Yuuka such an attractive woman?! Lack of solo videos on YT so after the pics have one from March 2020 that features two other fave members which is a CM movie that's subbed in English. It's for AEON and the Keya credit card but the group will no longer be with them after four years of so many videos and events. They'll now be promoting Mouse computers and their first CM's should be out soon, Nogi used to work with them up until a year ago.
