Maria Makino: "Zenshuu" photobook event pics plus a few other tidbits....

 

 Whew, should be a crime someone can look that perfect!!!! Just did a post for Maria nine days ago so this won't be a large one but didn't want to hold on to the superb event pics. Am in the middle of the countdown for the second 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list, #8 will be revealed tomorrow and on Sunday the seventh position. Maria didn't make the list as I've only been posting about her for about eight months plus age wise she wouldn't have been eligible. But if a third list is done four years from now she'll definitely make it and could be in the running for number one!

 A key to that would be how long is Maria going to be with Morning Musume? I don't think she's going anywhere soon and hope not as too many Hello Project members seem to disappear after graduating but have noticed many more are staying until they're 25 or so in age. So while she didn't make that all time list there's still the yearly faves list and Maria will certainly make it this year. No clue where her position would be though, be nice of she became a bit busier the next few months and sadly H!P members don't get as much exposure as Idols from '46' or '48' groups.

 So while not a large post I really enjoy doing them for Maria and know viewers love seeing posts from  her as she's quickly become one of the top 2-3 most popular woman here. Maria's ninth(!) photobook was released yesterday, she may set a record for most books by a H!P member. Title of it is "Zenshuu' and it's a different kind of photobook. It looks back at her books from 2018-21 with some greatest hits pics from those four along with outtake pics that had never been seen. There's also many new pics for the book which to me are so much better than the older ones. Here's some advance pics for the book, top two are the covers and a few are from the photo shoots for the new pics.

 Whew, kind of running out of superlatives for Maria! So with that last post done just nine days ago that means there aren't all that many new pics so how about an encore viewing of some from earlier this year? This batch are all IG pics since January and many were promoting her February photobook.

 Now that she's old enough to drink wonder what's in that mug? With the new photobook surprised there hasn't been more magazine spreads to promote it, nor has there been any interviews. In her last spread there was a five page spread but that's been it. Which is kind of odd for Maria has appeared in so many magazines the last few years and is often the cover girl. So with no new spreads let's once again have an encore viewing and it's hard to top this set from the March 17th issue of Weekly Shonen Champion.

 We're already at the end of this mini post and this final batch are from an event held yesterday for the new photobook at the Tsutaya bookstore in Shibuya. Know Maria looks so unbelievable in her gravure pics but to me these are almost as good, just in a different way. Would love to see her at more events dressed like this and would also enjoy seeing Maria do more modeling. There's a few videos of the event on YT, have one after the tremendous pics.
