Nogizaka46: The resplendent 'Minami Umezawa post' #16....

 

 Things are picking up a bit now for Nogi posts as this is the third one in ten days. There's still been such a long gap for a group post and have no clue when the next one may happen but I prefer doing these kinds of posts so much more. Nogi's 26th single came out three days ago and it'll naturally be #1 on next week's charts. Sales though will be much lower than their previous single which sold 995,000 copies in it's first week. Still three days of sales to go and as of now the total sold is a little over 520,000 copies so it's got a chance to reach about 600 K. That is a huge drop but most things these days are selling so much less than a year ago. Plus I've thought that Nogi hit their sales peak a few singles ago, they've had so many key graduations it eventually had to begin affecting their sales. 

 The advantage of having group posts is being able to talk about things like sales and such, will work on one a little harder than usual for next month. But this is a Minami post and she's turned into such a popular Idol here. This is her sixteenth post and while her first ten or so weren't heavily viewed her last five have all made the most viewed post section. No Idol has had more posts than Minami since July and it wouldn't surprise me if she has at least one more in both February and March. Her last post was early in December for finishing in the eighth spot on the faves list. 

 But Minami did deserve to be a few positions higher and why it didn't happen is because of two Nogi graduations. Figured it may be the last time those two members would place so high on a yearly list so gave then the benefit of finally finishing in the top five. Since that last post Minami has turned a year older, on the sixth day of January she hit the age of 22 though has always looked a few years older. Just one new birthday pic for this year which is the bottom one.

 Few recent Nogi blog pics, all are superb and really could have had many more.

 Though there could have been more of those pics and also for some other things thought it'd be a wise idea to save a few for those future posts. If there's one thing I'm a tad worried about it is will there be enough eligible gals for this year's faves list? Was worried last year too but it worked out well but 2021 seems like it's going to be so much more difficult to hit the six solo posts needed to qualify. Have a few promo cards for the 'NogiKoi' app game and the top six are newish ones.

 Not too worried about Minami reaching six posts and would have to consider her one of my huge faves with a chance to be #1 this year. On February 28th there's going to be another virtual 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show that won't be held in front of an audience but streamed live. Have been checking their site and to date no Nogi members have been listed but would be shocked if at least five weren't in attendance. Know who I want to see the most and these are from their April 20, 2019 show.

 Decided against recapping the final four episodes of the 'Keep Your Hands off Eizouken" drama. Mainly because there was such a long gap after the first pair were written up and the entire series wasn't completely subbed until five months after it finished. So will include a few screenshots in these solo posts and the trio were successful as their anime/movie club became an official one at their high school. It's not a biased observation but my fave character was Minami's who played Sayaka. She was such a lover of money and though she knew so little about making animes she was kind of the team's president. These screenshots are from the fourth episode and for the next two shows Sayaka's role was the biggest of the trio.

 That was a solid series but wish it was longer than six episodes. The movie was released on September 25th and it should be coming out on DVD soon. In Minami's next post should have her spread for BLT Graph as she'll be the cover girl for them for abut the fifth time, some outtake pics from the spread.

 I've been noticing such a huge decrease in mag spreads and modeling pics which is a reason for less posts this month but least all have been much larger than usual. Minami has been a model for With Online for a while now but have noticed they haven't put out an issue for almost two months. But do have some superb pics from their site and their OL campaign.

 Not many have graced a mag cover more than Minami has the last year and she has that semi honor for this last batch of pics which are from the March issue of UTB. Said semi as she has the back cover. Not the most exciting of videos but there's a new Minami one for With which just came out yesterday and it's after the pics.
