Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kyoko Saito: Her spellbinding 34th post!!!!

This being her 34th solo post is correct but as I've said a few times before seems as though the total should be much higher. Doing this post about five days earlier than planned, was going to do it a day or two after this Saturday's 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show. Nine members from Hina and Keya will be there but there's going to be one notable absentee. That's Kyoko who has never missed any of these huge fashion shows but think there's a good reason for not attending this one. On January 18th it was reported that she had caught the virus, within a week she was back to doing her normal activities but guess management may be playing a game of better safe than sorry.

Think it was in her last post where I mentioned how Kyoko's posts have really been increasing over the years. She went from having three solo ones in 2019 to six the following year, then eight in 2021 and last year had eleven, this is her fourth since December 1st. The amount of posts, plus their quality, does matter when it comes to having a high position on the yearly faves list. Kyoko has gone from seventeenth to sixth and last year was in the fourth spot. Have a strong feeling for 2023 there's not going to be anyone running away from the pack so she has just as good of a chance as a few others to be this year's #1 which I'd love to see.

So though Kyoko had the virus for about a week these days it's like catching a cold and really doesn't mean what it once did, she could have caught it from one of the new 4G members as six had it. This will still be a large post as there's probably going to be seventy or so pics with most of them new. Seeing as she won't be at this Saturday's TGC show how about some older pics from a previous one? Sounds like a good idea to be and this batch is from the April 3, 2019 show, many of the pics weren't in the original post done for the show. This was two months after Hina had broken away from being Keya's younger sister group, until then they were known as Hiragana46.

Not too many pics of Kyoko for Valentine's Day and wish Hina had a regular card series but it's hard to find a woman who you'd(me) rather get a box of chocolate from!!!!

Also not too many recent photos from Kyoko's IG page, she did go that week without posting any and will have a solo post very soon for her mate in the middle pic.

This June will mark Kyoko's fourth anniversary as a model for the ar magazine. Have some new pics from their site but most are 'clean versions' of the photos from their March issue.

Have some brand new promo pics for the 'Uni's on Air' web game. First four are for February and why didn't they have a Valentine's theme? The other four are from January where there was a special edition of pics called 'Precious Pair'. Kyoko's teamed up with Hiyori who will be at this weekend's TGC show so will work hard at having her second solo post.

In the bottom pic it looks like the pair are almost the same height yet Kyoko is 12 cm shorter. Will end off with some really super duper pics as she was Tokyo Calendar's woman of the month for March.... Kyoko could be mine for all twelve months!!!! Yesterday was moaning about how there's been so few new solo videos for any members of Hina and Keya over the last few months so won't have an older one for today. Instead after the pics have a new trailer for Hina's 'Aimashou' variety show which had a new DVD just come out and DVD's in Japan are just so expensive.
