Rika Izumi: Who better to end a month off with?!!!!

 

 Usually being last isn't a positive thing but at this blog it can be! Almost always take the final day of the month off so try to end with a super duper post so being last can have it's advantages! The last post of a month will be the first one you'll see for two days which is why I try to end with a terrific post plus it'll also garner that fave woman many more views. Did a post for Rika five days ago and couldn't believe it had been three months since her last one, in that time had amassed a high number of new things. Said there was no excuse for such a gap between posts for such a massive fave like Rika has been to me over the last five years so said she would have the honor of having the esteemed final post for February!

 Will end off with something fabulous for those who may not know Rika all that well, it'll be an encore of something many of her fans have seen before but can never get tired of! Over the last 2-3 years have been noticing how Rika's activities have bene changing or the fact she doesn't have as much variety in them. For instance she used to appear at so many events but that's a rarity these days which is a shame as she looks so elegant in a live setting. Also noticed she doesn't appear in nearly as many magazines as she once did and of course doesn't do gravure spreads these days. But her modeling pics have really increased and hard to complain about them as all are overly tremendous, most of today's new pics will be modeling ones.

 Am writing this up two days before it was published and hope there can be another post below this one. As mentioned Rika does so much more modeling these days and she has such a classy style about her. With the Spring and Summer collections coming out soon this is often her busiest stretch of the year, let's begin off with some new pics from the Oggi site but not as many as usual.

 More from Oggi and this set is from their March magazine, bet Rika's graced their cover at least a dozen times over the last four years.

 Another mag spread that's from the January edition of Bijin Hyakka and am holding back their new spread for her next post. Rika appears in almost all of their monthly issues but rarely has modeling pics at their site.

 Hope you aren't tired of Rika's modeling pics as have many more coming up. This splendid set is new for the Mercury Duo Spring collection.

 One more batch of new modeling pics which are from the Vis site, there are more but am holding some things back so there can be at least one post in March.

 If you're a newbie here you probably only think that Rika is a regular model along with being an actress. But from late 2016 to mid 2018 she did a fair amount of gravure spreads and those were almost impossible to top! Also back in April 2017 she released her first photobook which was my #1 of the year, these are photos from an event that took place on the day the book came out.

 The title of that first book was simply "Rika", if I recall it was a very good seller with over 40,000 copies sold. When I just did a list of my top sixteen photobooks of all time think I had it ranked eighth.
