Kyoko Fukada: Few recent tidbits....

 

 That top pic is from her 2014 photobook "Untouch", there were two posts done for the scans and those two posts are have more views than any other ones. As a matter of fact Kyoko has five of the top ten most viewed posts so obviously she has many fans here and like me most probably think she's looking better as the years go on. This could be considered an early 'Happy Birthday' post as on November 2nd Kyoko will be turning 38 and she's the oldest woman I post about on a somewhat regular basis. This is her first post since May but for five years or so seems there's been a post for Kyoko every three months. This year has been a slower one for her but that's been the case for most other actresses. 

 Not a massive post but hadn't done one for her on a while, have three recent mag spreads plus a few other items. One new happening is that the second season of "Daughter of Lupin" will be beginning this Thursday, season one wasn't a huge rated show but good enough I guess. Didn't watch the entire series, perhaps half of the ten episodes but thought it was a decent drama. There wasn't too much of an ongoing story so you could really just pick and choose any episode.

 Kyoko plays the lead role of Hana in the series, in the show her character is five years younger than her real age but she can easily pass of 32. Here's a set of odd promo pics for Yokohama Life Guard as she has a CM out for them but will be posting a different one at the bottom of the post.

 That CM will be for Uniqlo, hope it's on YT as the video was at their site.

 Doesn't seem as though there's going to be an event for the new drama so let's go back a bit in time for another appearance. That took place on March 1, 2019 at the 42nd 'Japanese Academy Awards' ceremony. Kyoko is mainly known for her dramas and very few have been in as many as she has. But at the awards show she won the 'Best Supporting Actress' award for her role in the "Flying Tire" movie, she could have won an award for the way she was clad too....

 On to the trio of mag spreads, first off is from the August 24th issue of WPB and Kyoko was their cover girl. It featured outtake pics from her "Brand New Me" photobook that was released on May 13th, in the past six years she's had.... eight photobooks! That's an incredible figure(like hers!) and all of those have been when she's been 30+ in age plus they've all topped the charts.

 This ultra superb set is from the October 27th edition of Flash, at first thought it might be promoting a new Kyoko PB but that's not the case though hope I'm wrong.

 Kyoko is still quite popular as she's so often the cover girl for a mag she appears in. She had the honor for the first spread and also for this final set of pics which is from the November issue of Biteki but wish the spread was a bit larger. Following the pics is the new CM for Uniqlo.
