All six have been done in 2020 so that means she's now eligible for this year's faves list. Had you asked me at the beginning of the year if Mizuki would make the list the answer definitely would have been NO but she has grown into a gal I really like. In her last post mentioned how seldom she seemed to smile in the past but that's certainly changed and you'll notice that in the pics. Plus since Mizuki changed her hair style four months ago she's turned into one of Nogi's more attractive members and she has been so incredibly busy this year so why shouldn't she make the list? The only reason may be because of age, Mizuki turned 21 in July so that's not a problem but have noticed the list is getting a tad too young when it should be the opposite. Seems every time someone 26+ drops off the list they're replaced by a gal five years younger. Will have the final preliminary post in three weeks so let's see where we stand then.
Another day and yet another Keya scandal but will save any kind of opinions for a group post for them. But the 12th first generation member has left, all have been in the last two years and that's over half of the original 22. Their management keeps dropping the ball on things and when was the last time you heard positive news about them as a whole, not individually? Mainly bring that up as you seldom see any kinds of scandals in Nogi or Hina. Perhaps their members are a bit more 'mature' as far as their group goes and put themselves second to the group. That's a huge positive in my book for both groups and there's been so many scandals the past two years, not just Keya but so many '48' groups.
Those bottom five pics are from the "Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken" drama, once the final episode is subbed will be recapping the entire series. After a four month delay because of the health crisis the film based on the series had it's premiere last Thursday, some pics from the event.
Plus have some superb interview pics Mizuki did to promote the film, these are from the 'This Kiji' site. Just read in it's first weekend 'Eizouken' finished in fifth at the box office, to me that sounds like a solid opening but from what I gather it was expected to be higher. Seemed one reason was that viewers weren't too impressed so that would hurt to some extent but perhaps it'll show some staying power. But also noticed it played at just 158 cinemas, three of the top four films that beat it at the box office played at 200 more theaters so fifth is actually a very good showing.
Mizuki did have the starring role in the "Video Girl: Mai 2019" drama which was just a so-so show. But had been wondering when Nogi was going to have another regular drama as it's been a while, actually another show such as their 'Nogi Cinema' series would be okay. The above trio have done so many mag spreads for the film, they've spent so much time together hope they're not getting tired of each other! This set is from the October 12th edition of WPB.
