This will definitely be one of the more massive posts for 2020 though didn't plan for it being that way. Not sure of the exact total but bet there's over 140 pics, that's common for huge photobooks but a rarity for these kinds of 'this and that' posts. One reason it's huge is because there's always so many things to post about Hina, they even put Nogi to shame with how busy they are and they never slow down but perhaps a tad this year because of the health crisis. Bet I could do 3-4 posts of the group a week with a hundred pics in each of them and still never run out of things for the group!
Had thought there was a shortage of group posts, there was at one time but the last three months they've had more group posts than Nogi and Keya combined. Can see that trend continuing into next year as I really like these gals and it's so easy to root for them. So may try to have a weekly post for Hina starting with this one plus of course solo ones, especially for the above duo. Will admit I do like them more than any other member though do like everyone quite a bit. Of course we all have our faves from any group we're into and seems a few members want to change my mind about those two....
Hmmm, may have to take the second group up on their offer as the first team are still brawling about who should leave!!!! No regular X-Mas concerts for Hina this year, think all bigger J-Pop groups have cancelled their shows. That's a shame as last year's was quite an entertaining one, two I should say as they did perform a pair of concerts.
One other huge plus to me about Hina is that they're somewhat of a small group with 24 members, Keya has become smaller too but for the wrong reasons. Nogi must have fifty members and why? So many get buried and you seldom hear anything about them, that's not the case with Hina and while some are in the spotlight more often all get a chance to shine. In these group posts try to have something for every first generation member, doesn't always work out but it will today. One gal I really dig is
Mei and bet she'd be such a fun girl to go out on a date with. She's probably Hina's best blogger and always has more pics then anyone, some recent ones.
What I also have been trying to do is have a mini recap for their 'Aimashou' variety show that airs Sunday nights. For a while had posts just for the recap with 55+ screenshots but don't think many were interested in them and honestly can't blame you. So have been having half of the amount of pics in these posts and of all of the '46' group shows I currently enjoy this one the most, every member has a decent amount of screen time.
These screenshots are from episode #83 that aired on November 15th, the theme was to improve their acting skills. To me they appear to be solid actresses and would like to see them in a more edgier drama again like "Re:Mind". One of the hosts is a man named Karuga and I do like this guy. He's such a corny and daffy person which works so well with this show. He often does skits with the gals and in this one he pretended to be a member's boyfriend who wanted to break up with them, it was all supposed to be ad-libbed. There was also a segment where a few fans of the "Naoki Hanazawa" drama would say some of the show's more meaner lines. All in all another enjoyable watch, I get the shows from Team Hinata Subs and they always do a superb show with their subs plus they have more than just this show.
Back to the members and one person I've really been missing is Konoka who to me could be Hina's most attractive member, does help that she looks so similar to Risa. At the end of September she fell ill and had to spend a few days in the hospital. She's back home but hasn't returned to the group yet but does update her blog at least once a week. Probably does help that this isn't a very busy time for J-Pop groups except for appearing on those end of the year special music shows.
Was going to have a solo post or two for her but will wait until she returns. So have had a small stash saved up for those posts but may as well start having them as some are getting outdated. Will have one spread for today and
Konoka was the cover girl for the May 24th issue of
Platinum Flash.
Yuka is another first generation member who I like and is also the youngest of that group. Do like the fact she took a leave two years ago to concentrate on her studies, an Idol's career doesn't last forever. This fine set with her is from the August 27th issue of
Platinum Flash.
One thing lacking are new Hina cards and there's never been that many of them. So seeing as how there's few for X-Mas instead have a nice batch of holiday promo pics for 'Uni's on Air' which is an app game featuring Hina and Keya members. There's nine first generation members remaining, they've only lost two in three years. Will have holiday pics for seven of them, two are or will be in solo posts. Here's four gals who each have four pics, leading off is who is Hina's captain and oldest member Kumi. The trio following her are Sarina, Ayaka who I also really adore and Mana.
The other three 1G members with four pics each from 'Uni's on Air are

Mei and
Mirei. Also have one 2G member who is
Miho, will have more from her generation in the next group post.
Sure most viewers have never heard of
hitomi(yes, a small h) or perhaps have forgotten about her. She's my all time top J-Pop singer and do prefer solo artists, she's well past her peak of popularity but what a long run she had. Bring her up as I'm currently listening to her 2000 album "Love Life" and it's hard to recommend a better album than that one. On with current Idols and mentioned
Kumi above who is Hina's captain and also a likable gal, she gets picked on so much by the 'Aimashou' hosts. She's a model for the

The group will also be the cover girls for the February issue of BLT but that may not be coming out until next year. Wonder when Hina's next single will be released, their last one was in February. That makes ten months now since it came out and with Nogi releasing one at the end of January it may not be until March when single #5 comes out, they needed to strike harder while the iron was hot....
Will be ending off with a pair of spreads though both are from the same mag. That's from the January 1st edition of
Young Gangan, perhaps no single for ten months but their popularity hasn't dipped at all. The first set features the duo of
Ayaka and
Hina.

Shiho who may have a post within the week. Hopefully
