Holiday weekend so will have this batch of posts and take a day or two off to recover from those much too strong Foster lagers. In June there were only two posts for Nogi(!) which I'm sure is a record for the fewest. It really baffles me as their 27th single was released on June 9th so figured there would be a slew of posts for my fave members which sadly has really been dwindling. But the opposite happened and can't understand why they weren't busier. Yes, there were many music show appearances but those can get a bit tiring listening to the same songs.
There's been zero group events in 2021 and they can't use the virus as an excuse as Nogi will be performing ten concerts beginning in late July until September. So lack of events, mag spreads and other things meant that the sales for the "Gomen ne Fingers Crossed" single were kind of low at 645,000 copies sold by the end of June. That would be impressive for almost every other J-Pop group but Nogi's last two singles have been their lowest sellers in over four years, too many massively popular members graduating did have an effect. Not griping but there are fans like me who do miss the gals we followed for so many years and even the third generation will be having it's first graduate. Do have one gripe which is why wasn't there a 'Nogi 46 Hours TV' special this year? Their last one was in June 2020 and and that was such an enjoyable show, the group's best of four of them. A show like that could have easily been done and wonder why it wasn't?
Hope that didn't sound negative because that wasn't the intention but have been missing doing posts for some of the gals I like. Speaking of liking gals none are bigger than Yuki with you viewers, in 2020 her posts were the most popular by a wide margin and that continued for the first half of 2021. This is her fifth post of the year but it doesn't seem like it's been that many, it's her first since her May 5th birthday. She's such a likable young woman and what I'd like to see is another regular Nogi drama, to me Yuki is a decent actress and really liked her performance in the "Zambi" drama. She's been kind of quiet too the past few months yet have over sixty new pics for today though none as sweltering as these at the top.
Don't understand why Yuki hasn't got more of a push from management, her second photobook has sold over 220,000 copies so you know she's so popular with the fans. She will be the cover girl for the next special issue of BLT White Graph which will be coming out in August. Fourth Nogi member to be their cover girl and they often have some semi-alluring pics.
Yuki is an exclusive model for a few sites but the amount of pics for them is much lower than usual save for this fabulous new batch from Maquia.
