Sakura Miyawaki: Her triumphant second comeback post....

 

 Hmmmm, hope I have the next appointment with Dr. Miyawaki!!!! So back on November 4th did the first post for Sakura in three years, of course the reason was because she was in Korea and was a member of the Iz*One J/K-Pop group. On that date said I would be back in about a week with a follow up post which could have happened but wanted to wait until now. That post was so popular and was in the top ten for most viewed posts for 3-4 weeks and wanted to let it run it's course. Which it eventually did and kind of hope there can be a few more posts in this vein but not overly confident. That's such a shame as Sakura is so immensely popular here, perhaps #1 for all Idols and what a huge fan base she has at this blog. Not just here as she's also so popular in Japan and Korea, she'll always look young for her age but on March 19th she'll be hitting the age of 24.

 We'll probably never see gravure pics again like the ones above for Sakura and I don't have a problem with that, they are kind of a requirement when you've an Idol and especially when you're in a '48' group. What I was hoping to have in this post is news about recent and future activities for Sakura but sadly there's nothing to report. Her contract with her long time agency ended on November 1st, thought she may have been thinking about a return to Korea but no word on that. So for now she appears to be taking a break and why not as she's been constantly busy since 2011 when she first joined HKT. This is kind of a bad time of the year for non-holiday activities and announcements so there probably won't be any new happenings until January. 

 I'm like most of you viewers as I like Sakura quite a bit so whatever new things take place next year will be posting about it. So while there hasn't been many recent happenings still have a few oldies from a few months back to post about. When Iz*One broke up in the Spring Sakura returned to HKT but only to have a few graduation concerts. But she was very busy at first appearing in magazines and doing a few other things but not much of them lately. This won't be a huge post then but do have some terrific pics, first off is this mini spread from the July issue of ViVi.

 Here's a fine batch of pics and it's Sakura's only event since her return to Japan. It took place on July 16th for KDDI which makes video games and she's such a fan of them, she tried her hand at the Bomberman game but lost both her matches.
