Nao's top sixteen Faves for 2022: Position #8, the enchanting Rena Moriya

 It's difficult to explain why but that first pic is out of this world and would be in my top ten if there was ever a list of my fave photos of the year.  This is the third in a run of positions for newbies, there were four gals introduced this year who made the list and this is the final one. But Rena could be considered just a semi-newbie as she was mentioned in two Keya group posts last year but they were very brief mentions. Though Rena has been with Keya since February 2020 I knew so little about her before this year. That's all changed and finally she got a bit of exposure in 2022, know you viewers like her too as her posts have become so popular.

 This should be a good sized post but not as large as the previous four. The main reason is that on January 2nd Rena will be hitting the age of 23, would like to have a post around then for the occasion. Another reason is that it's been a slow stretch for her, this is her first post in close to two months but do have some super duper new pics for her fans. Two other Keya members made the top ten though one did graduate in May. At one time had Rena penciled in for the fifth position but as you can see she did drop a bit. The current slow stretch didn't have much to do with it as she had been busy the prior seven months and had nine posts up until now. Everyone above her is older and when a position is close usually give the nod to older women, especially ones who I don't think will make the list again. 

 Rena's photobook had some truly A++++ pics and will be ending the post off with some of them. However pics like those above are fabulous too, so isn't this first batch of newish pics which are from Keya's 'Diary' blog and she's finally begun to post many more solo pics. However the bottom four are more with the enemy, we'll let it go this time....

 Brand new pics for the 'Uni's on Air' web game, top four are from November whose theme was Autumn, others are of course for Christmas.

 Rena doesn't have many others for X-Mas though the bottom one is new from the group blog.

 Keya has been my fave J-Pop group since 2017 but did tumble down for a bit when they had that 22 month stretch with no new music. Three members will make the top eight and that's never happened before, one is a graduate but it appears the other will be Keya's first ever #1 fave for a year.

 No brand new mag spreads and that's been happening often as of late. But do have this superb set from the October issue of BLT Graph, had only posted half of the pics in her last post.

 Rena's first and hopefully not last photobook was released on August 23rd. To date sales have been a little less than 50,000 copies sold, that's not a bad figure as she's not one of Keya's star members but really has been getting so much popular. Will end off with some super duper pics from the book, most you've seen though there's a few newbies thrown in. After the pics have a newish video from the MTV Video Awards show which may be the final one with their long serving captain.
