Main Cast: This will be an ongoing work in progress and this section may never be 100% complete! Most was written up after viewing the first episode though we didn't meet every character and sure a bit more will be added in for every show but hopefully most things will be known by the fifth or so episode. That did happen but the first contest ended in the ninth show and two new Riders will be added in for the 12th recap. All of the riders are fighting an alien race called Jamato.
Desire Grand Prix rules
Not all about the game has been revealed yet but this is what's known up until the 15th episode. The contest lasts for six months, during it a Kamen Rider gets points with the most being for killing the alien Jamatos. Points can also be earned for saving human lives and other acts of heroism but not as many as slaying a Jamato. At the end of the contest the winner gets to choose what kind of world he wants to see exist, check on Ace below to see his wish as he won the last contest. Once a contest ends any person involved will have their memories reset and know zero about the contest and Jamato army so that person can live their live in peace. If they return for another contest those memories will return. The Jammer Area is a bit like an arena, when a battle goes on the action can only take place in this smallish area and it's forbidden to leave or attack outside of it. Also the game's staff is not allowed to interfere with the outcomes but that hasn't stopped the Game Master Girori from doing so! Will update this section too as we go along.
Hideyoshi Kan as Ace Ukiyo/Kamen Rider Geats.... He truly is an ace fighter though slightly arrogant and is the most current winner of the Desire Grand Prix. Ace had a very unique and selfish wish for his new world. It would be one where he would be the Star of Stars or in other words immensely popular and to say he has a huge ego would be an understatement! KR Geats has acquired too many weapons to count! He won this season's first Grand Prix in the ninth show, the second contest in the 12th episode and is now considered to be a Deza God.
Ryuga Sato as Keiwa Sakurai/KR Tycoon.... Newest Kamen Rider who was recruited at the end of the first episode. Keiwa is the younger brother of Sara and he was a college student who had been looking for work with no success. His weapon is a powerful Armed Arrow, also has acquired a Booster Buckle which makes weapons even more powerful. His wish if he wins the current Grand Prix is to have world peace.
Yuno Hoshino as Neon Kurama/KR Nago.... She was also recruited at the end of the first episode and is the youngest Kamen Rider. Neon comes from a very wealthy family and until becoming a 'superhero' had been a very influential celebrity influencer, especially among high school girls. Her weapon is an Armed Hammer. If Neon wins the Grand Prix her wish is to find her 'true love' of the world!
Kazuto Mokudai as Michinaga Azuma/KR Buffa(buffer).... Think the Buffa is actually short for Buffalo and he is as tough as one! He has two weapons, one being a Water Shooter and obtained his second from KR Dapan which is a Magnum. But actually these weapons change hands so often am having a hard time figuring out who has what! If Buffa wins the Grand Prix his wish is to see.... all Kamen Riders eliminated(!).... but would he be killed too? Buffa now has a Zombie Buckle, why not a true weapon it does provide protection.
Tsubasa Sakiyama as Win Hareruya/KR Punk Jack.... The newest Rider who we first met in the tenth episode though there was another person who played Punk Jack in the fourth and fifth shows. This Rider has been recruited by the Game Master Girori to bring KR Geats down and get him thrown out of the contest! The why part isn't known as of yet but bringing down the ace KR Geats many prove to be impossible!
KR Riders Dapan, Merry, Ginpin and Keirou have been killed or retired from the contest.
The others of the cast, don't think many more will be added in
Kokoro Aoshima as Tsumuri.... Navigates the Grand Prix as far as figuring out the points and other tidbits go but don't know enough about her yet. Such as how did she become a staff member of the contest, could she have been a former Rider?
Shugo Oshinari as Girori/Game Master.... Just added him in for the ninth episode though he's been part of the cast since the beginning. Giroro runs the rest center the Riders go to during their breaks from fighting the Jamato army. But we learned in the eighth show he's also the masked man Game Master who is Tsumori's superior but is there someone above him? After viewing many more shows will be NO but too 100% certain on that.
Nene Shida as Sara Sakurai.... My main reason for watching this show! She's the older sister of the newest Kamen Rider Keiwa and works as an OL. Their parents were killed over a decade ago in an accident.... that's what she thought until this episode seven.

It's not important to read all of these but would recommend the previous episode as so much was explained and won't always refer back to those things.
While not the best Kamen Rider series it has been getting so much better, plus don't think any prior series had as many twists to the plot(s). If you've been reading these recaps all along you may have noticed a change in the Rider's uniforms. They're much more colorful and flashier, also their new weapons are more powerful than ever which is needed as the Jamato army is becoming stronger too. The last two episodes had more fighting than any other shows, there was a good amount for this episode though not as much. Instead the main story was will KR Geats aka Ace be dropped from this current Desire Grand Prix contest, he's won the previous two.
Will refer to the Riders as KR (Name)
This should be the conclusion of the third match in the current Desire Grand Prix contest but with the ending perhaps not, haven't viewed the next episode yet. In the last show the five Driver IDs had been stolen by a little girl with a red hat, that's her above. A Driver ID is the most important object for a Rider, without one he can't transform into a Rider and use the weapons needed to defeat these Jamato creatures. Of the five drivers one will not be able to be taken back as its being used by the most powerful Jamato so the name for this current contest is called Musical Chairs, five Riders for four ID's. The contest will end when the Jamato named Hide and Seek is destroyed, if a Rider hasn't obtained their ID then they'll be 'retired' from the contest which means they return to their normal human life with no memories of being a Rider. KR Geats aka Ace has won the last two contests and the Rider leader Girori will not allow him to win for a third time!!!! Girori is also known as the Game Master and there's something very devious about the way he's running the contest which should be about protecting the Earth from Jamatos.
Girori has brought in a henchman named Hareruya aka Punk Jack to take down KR Geats using any methods, even illegal ones. That's made the game's navigator Tsumuri quite angry as the staff of the contest should remain neutral, Girori is not a man to be trusted. Where we stand is that the Kamen Riders Tycoon, Nago and Buffa have got their Driver ID's back, there's one more to be found and who will be eliminated from the Desire Grand Prix? Well, you know with Girori as the Game Master he won't let his traitor KR Punk Jack lose but then again at the end we were wondering if that's the case. In the fourth screenshot above are two Jamato monsters who do have Driver ID's. It's been a mystery to Girori where those two came from and those have made the pair of Jamatos unbeatable. Also above is that little girl with a red hat who we met in the previous show, she's responsible for the ID's being stolen as she's the one doing it! But during that scene the girl transformed into a Jamato named Hide and Seek, he's the most powerful monster to date and the contest won't end until he's defeated.
There was about a five minute stretch where I couldn't believe how many things were thrown at us viewers. Such as a few new minor stories and many more details about events that had been going on. The first is the very top screenshot above with that old man and just discovered his name is Archimedel. Not sure what their relationship is but he works with Girori and it may sound hard to believe but he grows these Jamato creatures in a greenhouse! In that first screenshot is a new Jamato that's not full grown and is called Rook, he soon could be the most powerful Jamato. Also above is the only female Rider who is KR Nago aka Neon. She somehow was recruited once again for this new Grand Prix even though she had no intentions of becoming a Rider again. Neon is very suspicious of her father and did he somehow get her enlisted in the contest again? Plus her two bodyguards above, Ben and John, have been doing some investigating for Neon. They found a Driver ID in her father's office, never mind that their memories of also being Riders has come back from touching that ID.
There's only three Riders protecting the Earth but they've all become excellent fighters. The one who has shown the biggest improvement is KR Tycoon aka Keiwa and during a battle he heard a voice which truly startled him. The voice coming out of a Jamato's mouth sounded exactly like that of the former Rider Ginpen, that scene was only for a few seconds but sure that will be something we'll be hearing more about. Many new things have popped up but the main thing going on is who will get the final Driver ID, KR Geats aka Ace or KR Punk Jack aka Hareruya. The pair had a very long conversation and it appears Hareruya may become an ally of Ace. That's because Girori has gone back on his word and told Hareruya that unless he gets that Driver ID he'll be 'retired', that wasn't the deal and Hareruya is furious! He spilled out his guts to Ace and did give one very important piece of information. Ace's wish is to find his mother but for some reason the Grand Prix won't allow that. The name of Ace's mother is Mitsume and while Hareruya has never seen her he's heard of her, it appears that at one time Mitsume was the game's navigator and the mysteries keep piling up!
The three active Riders Tycoon, Nago and Buffa have finally met up with this powerful Jamato creature called Hide and Seek. Even though it was three against one this Jamato was proving so difficult to take down, that's the monster in the second screenshot above. What a fierce battle that was but in the end naturally the Good Guys won with Hide and Seek being blown to smithereens! But something did remain which were two Driver ID's he was carrying, watching the action had been Ace and Hareruya who wisely didn't jump into the fray. Hareruya quickly scooped up one of the ID's which Ace didn't do, had s sneaking suspicion he had an ID all along which he did and was waiting for the right time to reveal his secret. So that means in this contest of Musical Chairs all five Riders have got their Driver IDs back, does that mean there were no winners or losers?
That is yet to be determined as watching via camera was the Game Master Girori who was furious that both Ace and Hareruya have obtained the drivers. Girori quickly teleported himself to the battle scene and yet another huge twist to this story was thrown at us! Girori transformed himself into a Rider and it did make sense that he would be one but that shocked Ace to no end. Girori as a Rider is immensely powerful, he took down Hareruya aka KR Punk Jack quite easily when he attacked him, Ace tried to become KR Geats but to his shock that wasn't to be! Somehow Girori was able to disable Ace's Driver ID which soon disintegrated in his hand, Girori then proclaimed Ace didn't get the Driver ID needed to stay in the game and 'retired' him on the spot! But of course that won't be the end of KR Geats, as the show ended we saw a rule about the Desire Grand Prix contest, no staff is allowed to interfere in the game so would presume we'll see the return of Ace aka KR Geats in the next episode. That hasn't aired yet and the recap for that is the next post.
