Risa Watanabe: Sure a scant few remember who she is....

 

 This is Risa's 69th solo post in a little over five years, only one other fave can top that mark. That's over a post a month but really can't see that pace continuing on for too long though I truly hope it does. Since her Keya graduation Risa has been busy to a certain extent but has only done modeling work for Non-no and that magazine is the only one she's been appearing in. Will cut her some slack though as she is my #1 woman of all time and perhaps after being in Keya for seven almost seven years she just needed to step back a bit, there is at least one upcoming project.

 Risa appeared in Keya's two group dramas and to me she was the second best actress in those series but after the one that aired in 2017 she did so little acting. However on February 4th the drama "Zenryoku de, Aishite Ii Kana" will be starting and she'll be appearing in it. Risa doesn't have the starring role but seems she may have the second largest female role and I'm curious to see how her acting is these days. The series does star another long time fave of mine so really hope the show gets subbed and will recap it if it does. But besides that no other new info but things have a way of sneaking up on you.

 When an Idol graduates from their J-Pop group there's so many less things to include in posts. Such as group cards, 'Uni's on Air' game pics, group magazine spreads and various other things. There's only been a small handful of Idols who have had posts on a consistent basis after they graduated, there was that spurt after she left Keya but since then its been a post about every six weeks. Risa did open an IG page on the day she graduated but posts so few photos there so won't have any for today. Of course there's no new Keya cards and there never will be any more but with Valentine's Day just around the corner how about some oldie pics from 2017/18.

 In April Risa will be celebrating her sixth anniversary as a Non-no model, these pics are all new from their site and she's looking better than ever. But was hoping she would do modeling for other sites and magazines which hasn't happened yet and really hope it does.

 Since leaving Keya she's had only one magazine spread besides Non-no, why no more? This set here is from their December issue.

 But she did share the cover of Non-no's January issue with a huge fave of you viewers who has been AWOL! That's Fumika and I haven't done a post with new things for over a year, bet a lot of people here miss her and has she retired from gravure modeling?

 Shortly after graduating from Keya Risa did open her own fan site and have always been curious how many members those sites get? These pics are the first ones that were uploaded to the home page but after that there were none for so long.

 However about ten days ago the site was updated with news and many other new pics. Here's some of them here plus the link to the site: Official site

 There's also many more new pics there. Risa has been appearing at most of the 'Tokyo Girls Collection' fashion shows, the last one she appeared at was on November 19th. But she wasn't at last Saturday's show nor is she scheduled to appear at the next pair but that doesn't mean she won't be a late addition. So let's go back in time to March 31, 2018 and the TGC show held in Yokohama, to date these are my top event pics from any '46' member or perhaps any Idol!!!! No decent newish videos so will have an encore viewing from this show after the pics. She doesn't appear until the 2:24 mark but if you're a fan highly recommend viewing it!
