Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Ema Ito: Her heart attack inducing 'Nippon Idol' digital book from September 1st

Still kind of a slow period though there may be ten posts over the weekend. But there are times I don't mind these slower stretches and this happens to be one of those times. Know drama recaps aren't overly popular here but what an increase in views they've had over the last three years. At one time I used to be happy when a drama recap received 125 views, now most are well over 300 so they've had the largest % increase over these last three years. This upcoming drama which you'll soon be seeing here is a very old one from 1986/87, just watched the first episode and can tell I'll really enjoy this series. Will have the first pair of recaps by the weekend, it's one long series which may take four months to finish!

We have to give a thanks to Ema for if it wasn't for this post don't know what I would have done today. Ema has roped in a lot of you viewers as fans, her last post was for her "Soleil" photobook which has been the most popular post since December 1st. Was waiting for that to die down a bit and it finally fell out of that section for most popular posts of the last month. This is Ema's fifth post and am now caught up with all of her things so hope she's reading this and gets a bit more busier. This digital book was released on September 1st which was only three weeks before Ema's first regular photobook "Soleil" came out. This is a somewhat large book at 92 pages and think it's the first time a I've done a book from the Nippon Idol site
