Maaya Uchida: Her very belated fourth intro post....

 

 Perhaps it's just me but I think she looks so much like Kie Kitano which is a very high compliment! As far as belated goes this post certainly is as it's been over two years since the last one for Maaya, don't know why as she's someone I do like quite a bit. Hadn't realized it was that long until I began to write this up so may need to do a post for Maaya's 2020/21 activities. Lately it's been so difficult, almost impossible, to do posts for regular actresses which has never happened before. However have been doing posts for voice actresses and this makes ten over the last two months.

 As far as older things go may work them into future posts as there should be another one for Maaya within the month and hopefully two! Her fourteenth single will be released on January 25th plus two weeks after that her first regular photobook will be coming out so would think there may be many things to post about. Maaya may be the busiest entertainer in the world over the last decade, it would be impossible to list everything she's done! Way too many anime series and movies to count plus she sings the theme songs to quite a few shows, goes on tour, etc. and those activities are just the tip of the iceberg!!!! So even though Maaya is busy it's hard to do posts for her and other voice actresses on a consistent basis as they don't have a lot of time after all of the animes and such they do.

 Am setting a record as I'm writing this up on Friday along with seven other posts so I can take the weekend off. First off are some recent terrific pics from her IG page, the third one is from December 27th as on that date Maaya hit the age of 33(!) and she looks so much younger.

 That bottom pic was from her December 16th Christmas concert, speaking of the holiday there's some new pics for it above and here are some oldies.

 Maaya's Japanese Wiki page may be the largest one I've ever seen for an entertainer, it takes so long to get info but because of that it proves how busy she is. So mentioned how her next single will be coming out on January 25th, her previous single was released on April 20th. It was her 13th and was titled "Can You Hear"" which hit #12 on the charts, here's the PV for the song and she has quite a few music videos at her YT channel.

 

 Will end off with a quartet of 2022 magazine spreads, do have some from the prior two years but wanted to keep everything for this post somewhat recent. Leading off is this mini set from the May issue of Seigura which is a voice actress magazine.

 VAA is another voice actress magazine, Maaya was the cover girl for their May edition. Know she has a book coming out but she's only done two gravure spreads which were about eight years ago.

 This third set is brand new from the January 1st issue of Young Jump. It features some promo pics for the photobook and sure we'll be seeing a few more spreads to promote it.

 Maaya is the cover girl once again for this post's final batch of pics and it's from the July 16th issue of Young Gangan. Maaya has a tour coming up later this year, she also had a mini 2022 Spring tour and after the pics is a promo video for it.
