Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Miku Kanemura: Her invigorating 31st post!!!!
Three consecutive days with a Hina solo post, when was the last time that happened.... NEVER?! That would be my guess and it wasn't planned as the cards just fell that way but there will be no fourth day. Perhaps because I had gone so long with so few posts for the group things just piled up, may have another two posts before the month ends. Can't say that about Keya though, just did a pair of posts for two graduates but as far as current members go there's been so little to post about them.
This makes it six posts since the 'Nao Year' began on December 1st, that means Miku has qualified for the yearly faves list. For a while thought no one may touch her to be my #1 fave of the year but in all honesty it will be difficult to top last year's number one woman. So can see Miku finishing in the second position again which has never happened, even if she was to have a very slow second half of the year she'd still remain in the top five. Won't be talking about the list for a while as there's so long to go in 2024, I'm just hoping a decent amount of woman can get to six or more posts. Last year 29 did which shocked me, to date just six have qualified and think it will be hard to reach twenty.
These days there aren't nearly as many posts for J-Pop Idols compared to years ago, that's why there will be a drop off on this year's faves list. So Miku just may be my top Idol for the second year in a row and did predict that would happen a while back, let's hope she remains with Hina for at least another 3-4 years. Don't think this will be a massive post but there are over forty new pics since her last post was done five weeks ago. I enjoy doing these for Miku plus know you viewers also savor her posts as these days she's the most popular Idol here. Will begin off with some IG photos from the last five weeks, just her solo ones and the top two are from the photo shoot for the mag spread that will end the post.
Hopefully Miku's next post will be done shortly after May 3rd. On that date her and four other Hina members will be at the Spring 'Girls Award' show so may be able to have a few other solo posts then. This sparkling small batch is from the Spring GA show held in May 2022.
In Miku's last post had many pics from the March 2nd 'Tokyo Gils Collection' show. After it she did an interview with the Model Press site but that wasn't available until yesterday so have the link to it and the photos are from the interview. If you are a fan it is worth checking out, knew at one time she had been attending Nihon University but thought she had left as where would she find the time(!) but is still attending the college as an art major: Model Press site
Hina's eleventh single will be coming out in less than four weeks, hoping that means we'll be seeing many more activities from the members. Would also like to see more group cards as there hasn't been any new ones for over ten weeks. That means have zero of them for Miku today but how about some some terrific 'Mysterious Library' game pics from last Autumn, this series is their best but there's never enough of them released.
But do have Miku's new pics for the 'Uni's on Air' web game though unsure which month they're for? There were no pics for March but these came out on April 1st, did that mean they were late ones for March or was that month skipped which did happen last September.
Will end off with this super duper spread from the April 25th issue of Weekly Shonen Champion, bet it's the tenth time she's been their cover girl. We all have enjoyed Miku's gravure pics though there really haven't been all that many but all were so perfect! To me in a way pics like these are perfect to an extent and as I've said before a massive fave of mine doesn't need to dress skimpy to get my attention. There's been no recent solo videos at the group's YT channel but do have a fun one after the pics that had never been posted before. Never knew Miku was much of a gamer but in the video she's playing the old arcade game "Love and Berry" that was popular in the 2000's. She does play against her mate and the game is an original arcade one that's twenty years old so that must be worth quite a few Yen....
