Episode title: 'The Fellowship of this Adventure'

Should be another mini recap for your reading pleasure though as usual did take quite a few screenshots considering it's just a 23 minute show. No cliffhangers carry over from one episode to another as it's one continuous story and could actually be considered a very long movie. At the conclusion of the previous show Miyako had nursed Takumi back to health after he had caught a cold from walking in the rain.
Takumi is about 25 in age and as his manager says above he's never had a girlfriend yet. Starting with this show Takumi is beginning to have ideas that Miyako may like him though that thought often disappears when he gazes at her beauty. But the two have hit off it rather quickly, Miyako had serious doubts about moving in with some a wimpy guy but at least he's a harmless person. Who isn't that harmless is Miyako's best friend Ayano who we didn't meet in the first show but she makes an appearance early on. Her role isn't a huge one but she may prove to be an important character.

Ayano is the type of girl who is the life pf a party as you can see above. She just had to visit Miyako's new pad and also to meet the man she's moved in with, Ayano is under the impression he may be a stud. The word stud is one that will never be used to describe Takumi but like Miyako Ayano took a quick liking towards him, guess it helps to be harmless. Ayano did arrive with all intentions for the trio to have a party but it was just her partaking in the spirits, perhaps it was to ease her pain?
That pain was because Ayano had broken up with her boyfriend for the umpteenth time but she has such a joyful appearance on the outside. Looked like Ayano has had one too many as after a while Takumi even started looking good to her, she subtly suggested taking a roll in the hay with Takumi and he politely declined. However it's not the last of her trying to seduce him as it gets even more intense in the next episode.
While all of that was going on Takumi was wondering where Miyako was and what she was doing? According to Ayano she was on the phone with her ex-boyfriend, that really drove a stake through Takumi's heart. But it wasn't a reunion call as Miyako told him she had zero plans to ever get back together with him or at least for now. Can't give away any spoilers as I haven't seen the episode yet but they do meet at the end of the fourth show.

.... but is what Miyako says for now but seeing as how this is a romantic show we know something will arise with her ex, unknown to Takumi she even cried herself to sleep after the call. As mentioned what drove the pair together was their love of the 'Dragon Quest X' online game. Once again there wasn't much gaming by either one of them and coming in figured it'd be the theme of this series.
Besides that call from her ex another reason that Miyako cried herself to sleep was that the following day was her birthday. She presumed there would be no lover in her life to celebrate with, she was right but the occasion didn't go unnoticed. Takumi had discovered from Ayano that Miyako's 25(?)
b-day was going to take place and he set up an odd way of saying Happy Birthday. He had gone to their DQ game site and set up a mini celebration with the other characters.
When Miyako next went in to play the characters were there to help her celebrate. More tears flowed from Miyako's eyes but at least this time they were from being happy. She knew it had been set up by Takumi and right around then is when Miyako started to view him in a different light. The show ends off with a short scene at the Animate store where Takumi works. Miyako felt a bit of reward was in order so she visited him at the store to buy a book, he was certainly startled to see her there. Even more startled was Taakumi's manager Onita who gaped with amazement at Miyako. How can such a dazzling woman be living with the nerd Takumi and could there be something going on between them? Of course the answer for now is no and this episode mainly ended on that note.

It's such a relief watching and recapping shorter shows like this one which is the main reason I'm taking a short break from Korean dramas. So far have found it enjoyable but nothing tops how Tsubasa looks in this show, her beauty increases every second. Have watched the first four shows and am writing all of those recaps in a row. Then will view the final two shows as I'd like to leave a bit of mystery on how it ends.
