Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Jin Se-Yun(Yeon): "Item" drama press conference pics and other tidbits....

Wow, if this post doesn't make the 'top ten most viewed posts' list then no post from a Korean actress will! That above video has a short clip from the 2015 film "Enemies in Law 2", if you only watch one video this year make sure that's the one. This is Se-Yun's third post in about two weeks, if she doesn't cut down on her attractiveness(impossible) then Nao could one day see her topping his all time faves list, Se-Yun truly is that hot and flawless. 😍
One other good thing has come out of her recent posts which is that my hot water bill has gone way down. Hmmmm, then again the DPW has kept calling me and has wondered why I'm setting records for cold water usage.... sigh, if only I could explain it to them....

Gulp, what I wouldn't pay to switch positions with that person!!!!!!!

Odds are good there will be another Se-Yun post this week as on Friday she'll be hitting the elderly age of 25, that means she was born in 1994. However when she first started her career as an actress she said her birth year was 1993 as she and her agency thought producers may not want such a young female, doubt if one year would make a difference.
Today Se-Yun's new drama "Item" aired it's first two episodes. Was just going to skim through the shows but they were both so excellent ended up watching the first and half of the second show. Will be recapping it but unsure if to wait until it's finished or to try keeping up with the four episodes a week. Have only been able to do that feat for two Korean series which were "W" and "While You Were Sleeping", both of those are must watch shows.
In this new drama Se-Yun plays the character of Shin So-Young. She works for the police force and is a criminal profiler but it seems in the first two shows the men on the force don't fully respect her fully as So-Young is a woman(and what a woman!). We didn't see Se-Yun until the thirteen minute mark but her role after that may have been the biggest. Lots of action in these two shows and a real interesting character will be Kang who is in the first two screenshots, that's him trying to stop a train with his psychic abilities.

Surprised there are no interview pics for the show with websites, perhaps there will be for the next post. These are two Instagram pics from today's event.

And what an event it was as Je-Sun may have every man bowing at her feet with her absolutely exemplary looks.... perhaps not the whole world but at least Nao. The drama began tonight and during the afternoon there was an event held for the series at the MBC Building in Sangam-dong, Seoul. The main characters were present at the event, don't know many of the other main actors which is good as I like to see new faces.
That doesn't include Se-Yun who has kind of left me speechless, how did it take me so long to begin posting about her? No good reason but at least it means there can be plenty of posts coming up. Quite a few perfect pics from today's event, main cast is in the bottom two pics and after them is a short video of the event.
