Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Sei Shiraishi: Talk about a blast from the past(!).... part two....

Sei's first post 'comeback post' was kind of popular or at least it received more views than I expected, even if posts for her came on a more consistent level still don't think she's be a massive fave here. But that's okay as actually the majority of women I post about aren't huge faves of viewers but popular in a way, just a few Nogi members and a handful of others are superstars. What I'm hoping is that after having so many recent posts there won't be another huge gap in posts for Sei, she is a busy actress plus kind of shies away from the limelight and there's really nothing wrong with that.

You may have noticed there's been six recaps in the last ten days for the "Girl Gun Lady" drama. Will have the last four coming up soon as the final episode airs in three days, have watched the seventh show. It won't be my top drama of the year but it may be the most fun and enjoyable series I'll view in 2021, the recaps aren't too long so they're worth checking out and in them is the link to watch the subbed episodes. Sei often has the lead role in her dramas and she does in this one. She plays the role of a meek eighteen year old high school student named Koharu but in real life she'll be turning 23 on August 10th. Off the track for a second but she was born on the same day as Asuka from Nogi and they're just the third pair of faves who were born on the same day and year.

However there's no pics of them together so that squashes the possibility of a dual birthday post. Back to the "Girl Gun Lady" drama and what happens is that Koharu and eleven others from her high school are whisked asway one night a week to a parallel world where they battle each other to the death! Those deaths can become real on Earth if you get killed three times overall. Started out as an action packed series but one that was a bit goofy and off the wall too. But after the second episode the action continued while the goofiness went away and it's become such a dark and intense series. I truly recommend this drama to those who like slightly different shows and though I prefer shorter dramas am wishing this series was much longer than ten episodes.

You can buy models of her character along with some accessories, as the show opens they're trying to sell you one of her guns! Have been watching many more dramas than usual but should have most finished within the next two weeks. Am really leaning towards watching Sei's 2020 series "Kyoufu Shinbun" aka Terror Newspaper which looks like an intense series. She has the lead role in it plus it's only seven episodes and subbed so think I've talked myself into making that my next drama! Had been a while between solo posts though there were some for a drama. This batch of pics here is from the Soccer King site and they came out in February 2019. Don't know if any were in a previous post, if not will have the other 25 in her next one which I hope will be somewhat soon.

Sei has never appeared in many magazines but did have a fair amount of spreads for 2020. However for this year she just has two mini ones as each has only three pages, probably too busy filming dramas. First set is from the February issue of Biteki, other is from the June 1st edition of SPA!.

Sei has the lead female role in a film that came out on Friday titled "Mune ga Narunoha Kimi no Sei", these pics are from an interview she did last week promoting it with the Crank site.

We've already hit the end and don't think any of her posts will ever be massive ones. The film came out on June 4th but the official premiere wasn't held until the following day at the Shinjuku Wald 9 Cinemas. Not a huge amount of pics as though events can still be held in Japan they're much more subdued and don't last as long, film premieres are really the only events consistently held. No decent video of the event which isn't a bad thing. So after the pics have a short CM for Curel, it came out last July and is Sei's most viewed solo video.
