Semi as it hasn't been an eternity since her last post, six months to be exact but kind of seems like an eternity to me. For such a long stretch Hinako was getting a high amount of posts, ten in 2019 and then four last year up until July plus had recapped two of her dramas and a film. But after July those posts really dwindled as she only had three for the second half of 2020 and this is her first of the year. That's going to make it very difficult for Hinako to qualify for the yearly faves list as she needs five in six months and sadly just can't see that happening. She's one big fave of mine, last year she finished 14th on the yearly list but in 2019 she was fifth and was hoping for 2020 she would battle for the top spot.
Though a huge fave of mine that's not the case with the viewers. In 2019
Hnako's posts drew the lowest amount of views for any Japanese woman, last year that average was 26th out of 28 gals with six or more posts so least she escaped the cellar! Know this is her first post of the year but
Hinako hasn't been entirely idle, she did have the lead role in a drama that began in February and is also starring in a play though all in all she hasn't been as busy as previous years but that's been the case for so many.
"17 Again" is the title of that current play which began on May 16th in Tokyo. It has another week in the city and then it's on the road for more performances until early July. There was no kind of event held for it this year but there was a press conference way back in October for it, some pics from it. On August 23rd
Hinako will be in another stage play tiled "Love Letters", she'll have the lead role.
Had watched
Hinako's previous four dramas but skipped her last one "Mairunovich" that aired from February 12th until April 2nd. Wasn't really one I was interested in plus I felt she was too old to play a high school gal, some pics from a mini event held ten days before it began.
On April 2nd Hinako turned 24 in age, the drama had been filmed last October and November but was put on ice for a few months as there was such a mess with dramas being held back or cancelled last year. These are some fine interview pics for the series with the Get News site.
Hinako has a Line blog, usually she's always done a good job at keeping it updated but has been kind of up and down this year. These are some superb pics from the past two months.
Hinako is now the spokeswoman for the
Taya hair salon chain, she began as their main ambassador on April 1st. Here's the link to the site which also has a decent video to view:

Saved the best for last which is this terrific spread for the June 14th issue of
Big Comic Spirits. It's
Hinako's second time as their cover girl, her first was way back in 2017. Instead of a video will have the link for her YT Vlog which has many entertaining ones to view:
