Last weekend did a post for what the most ten viewed posts so far for the were, a 'Nao Year' runs from December 1st until November 30th. So like that last post these stats were done for the first six months or up until May 31st. While that post had no criteria this list has one and that a gal needed four posts by the end of the May. For the end of year list they'll need six and like the 'Nao's Top Twenty Faves of the Year' list the age requirement is 21.
But that's no longer an issue, just one is twenty in age and will be turning 21 very soon. At the top is of course Miru who only had one post by the end of May but has had three in June so sure you'll be seeing her on the year end list. The woman who is about to turn 21 is Minami and will never post about anyone younger. In 2019 her posts drew the lowest average of anyone, last year she was third to last and averaged only 320 views a post for those years.
Compiled the stats two days ago, figured not much could change in that span of time. Noticed these averages are quite higher than previous years and will get much higher. For instance if someone's average is now 750 by the time the final list is done in December that could increase to 900 or so. That list will consist of sixteen women, last year number one's average was 1,400 while sixteenth was around 550 which is quite a difference. This list is like the most popular posts one in that it's determined which gals you viewers like the most. Let's get to it, will go from number ten to one to keep the suspense up! Will have the name, average, total posts and a link to one of their posts for the year. Forgot to mention Fumika had only three posts, she's one of the all time popular gals here but had a post in June so should reach six posts for the year.
#10.... Minami Umezawa, her five posts to date have an average of 682 views
She has five posts so far for this year but seems the total is lower. Last year Minami had more posts than any other Idol but like so many Nogi members she's seen a drop this year in them. Can't understand why the group hasn't been busier, they'll be doing a short tour starting in a month which means we'll be seeing even less of the members. She was eighth on my 2020 fave's list and was 13th in average for the year.
#9.... Risa Watanabe, her five posts for 2021 have an average of 688 views
Here's a nice surprise and in all honesty have enjoyed doing posts for her the last three years over anyone, even perhaps my all time #1!!!! It's a rebound for Risa whose posts in 2019 drew the highest average which was 1,105 views. But last year she tumbled all the way down to 17th place and that was kind of disappointing. Keya as a group has been way too quiet since 2019 but her posts are always superb so looks like she's building her fan base back up.
#8.... Kazusa Okuyama, she has an average of 714 for four posts
This is no surprise, perhaps that she didn't finish higher but has had only four posts so far and there's a long way to go until the final list is compiled. Last year Kazusa finished second on this list but wasn't close to being number one. Been kind of a slowish year to date but three of those posts have been done in the last three months and what a massive fave she is with you viewers.
#7.... Yume Shinjo, 739 view average for her four posts
Here's a somewhat newbie all of us really adore, she didn't have her first post until March 2020. But last year Yume finished 13th on my yearly fave's list and her posts had the seventh highest average for the year. Kind of a slower period for her too as of late but she did have a post in June and with the Olympics coming up will it be an extremely quiet stretch for everyone?
#6.... Mizuki Yamashita, her four 2021 posts have an average of 748 views
Last year Mizuki was third on this list, slight drop but as mentioned we still have a long way to go in 2021. Though it seems posts for J-Pop Idols get as many views as they once did that's a wrong assumption as there five in the top ten along with an ex-Nogi member That total is now up to five as she does have a June post..
#5.... Mio Imada, five posts that have an average of 754 views
Here's someone all of us like quite a bit, the last two years Mio has been ninth and 13th on the faves list. In 2020 she had the fourth highest average but that was kind of deceiving as she had five posts for photobooks and those always draw a high amount of views. She 'retired' from doing gravure pics in January 2020 so mags/sites put out unpublished pics from prior years and made them books.
#4.... Nashiko Momotsuki, an average of 798 views for her nine posts
Nine posts is the second highest total to date for the year and she's become my all time gravure model but does so much more than that. Nashiko's popularity has really zoomed up the past year, she was popular in 2020 as her posts averaged 610 views so this is quite a jump. And those posts still have six months to accumulate views so that average could easily top a thousand.
#3.... Kyoko Saito, her four posts have an average of 1,094 views
Kind of surprised there's only been four posts so far this year but have a strong feeling there may be two in July, actually it's five as she did have one in June. Kyoko has become one of my more massive faves, beginning of the year predicted she would be my number one of the year. Wouldn't say she's there yet but isn't too far off, perhaps as high as #2 at the moment. Last year's number one could easily repeat, that'd be an historical achievement but wondering if I want it to happen?
#2... Mai Shiraishi. her four posts have an average of 1,195 views
There was a post on June 1st so the total is now five but that's kind of low for her after almost seven months. In mid 2017 Mai's popularity really waned for the next two years. All of her posts during that stretch were terrific but there were very few gravure pics which could be a reason(?). But she's back to being a mega fave of everyone and last year was in the top five too, second in average so far is impressive but she and everyone else will never catch the top gal.
#1.... Yuki Yoda, an average of 1,637 views for her four posts
Looks like Nogi's popularity hasn't dropped as much as I thought as three members made the top ten and of course while the above gal has graduated will always be associated with Nogi. But none of the members have had that many posts and those solo ones have really dropped the past year. Not much to say about Yuki who was also number one for 2020 and her average has increased as last year it was 1,400. But it's mainly been one post that brought the average up, her other three have a good amount of views but not as many as expected. Think fans may be clamoring for more alluring pics, count me among that group but we sadly only see them when a member releases a photobook. Been working on post #5 for 2021, won't be next week but think the following one.
