Nao's top sixteen Faves for 2023: Position #13, the adorable yet seductive Marupi!!!!

 Was going to wait until tomorrow before publishing this but having it now for I'm not sure that another post can be done today, not too confident about it. happening. However this is a positive as I would like the top six positions to be done by the end of November so expect two more in the next four days. Then on December 2nd will begin on the top ten, will have a post every other day until the 20th so doing this today really helps me out. All sixteen position posts will be good but wish two of the first three were a bit better and they didn't have enough newish activities in them for there were none! But the remaining ones will all be superb and this is a fine example of the posts I try to have. Everything will be brand new for here and there is a nice variety of things such as event and IG pics, pair of new mag spreads and some early X-Mas pics.

 Marupi is one of two women that were introduced this year who made the list. The next will be position #11 and perhaps number eight could also be considered a newbie. There isn't much difference between this and the tenth spot, for the last few days all four of those faves have changed their position!!!! Marupi is someone I like immensely and before today she had eight posts though save for her first one they've only been so-so popular. Three weeks ago she hit the age of 24 and like #5 on the list graduated from college which happened in April 2022, don't think anyone else is a graduate though many have also attended college. Had Marupi done a few other activities besides gravure modeling she would have ended up much higher but this is still a decent spot. She has been in one minor drama and movie to date which is okay as she didn't enter the entertainment business until last year. **** Finally found out what her real name is which is Hiyori Maruoka though of course will never use that name, you can see where the Maru comes from.

 This will be a super duper post so hopefully she can gain a few new fans and all of her other posts to me are also quite terrific. Lets begin off with some recent IG pics, Marupi does add in a new photo most days but only one at a time. The first and last are from her November 5th birthday.

 Marupi is part of the Familia agency, so isn't BababaBambi and think she's friends with a few of them. Was going to have them make the list as a group which was done once before but decided others were more deserving so would have had them in the 17th spot. Just in case there isn't a post next month here are some early Christmas pics and just about all are from last year.

 Marupi's popularity really zoomed up quickly as she's often the cover girl for the magazines she appears in plus just released her first photobook. The title of it is "Marugoto" which came out on November 1st, the photo shoot took place on the island of Ko Samui which is just off the coast of Thailand. The cover for the book plus a few promo pics for it, looks to be a winner to me!

 To date the book has sold a little over 4,000 copies, that's not too bad for three weeks and most gravure model photobooks aren't huge sellers. On November 4th there was an event for the book at the HMV store in Shibuya, it was the day before Marupi's 24th birthday so of course there was a celebration.

 Will end off with a pair of new magazine spreads. There are 65 new pics for today and could have made it larger but why not save things for future posts? This first set is too small and is from the November 14th issue of Flash which does have some outtake pics from Marupi's first book.

 Final set has Marupi as the cover girl for the November 13th issue of Young Magazine, it too has some promo pics for the book and after this set check out a mini video from the photo shoot. I've viewed at least a dozen of Marupi's gravure videos and highly recommend every single one of them as she may have had the best ones from this past year.
