Maria Makino: A sizzling.... 'A little bit of this and that post'....

 

 This now makes an even dozen posts for her which is quite impressive as post #1 wasn't done until February. But there's been a huge slowdown with them as this is only her second regular post since April. Have moaned for a while how it's so difficult to do posts for Hello Project members and it's gotten much worse over the last two years. Those groups have kind of their 'own world' which at one time worked as there were so many dramas and films with the members along with that terrific Digital Book monthly series. But those activities have all ceased and they need to increase their exposure a bit, C-ute was so much easier to do posts for and wonder why that was? 

 Maria is one member who has done a lot of work outside of Hello Project. Few months back she began a gig on the 'Love It' show where she has a weekly segment. However it appears she may not be doing any more regular modeling, checked the Bis and Sweet sites but she hasn't had any new pics for a while. Of course like most H!P members Maria also hosts a radio show. In eight days her ninth photobook will be released, more info on that as we go along. Maria is supposed to have an event for it on August 31st so hopefully that means we can have another post shortly after that. There's just one small mag spread for the book and was/am expecting many more.

 Whew, will admit that she can leave me speechless at times!!!! Morning Musume has a group Ameblo blog where Maria posts her pics. These are from the last two months and while the pics are superb seems there's been a slowdown of them.

 As most know Maria is a huge Baseball fan so bit surprised she doesn't (co)host a show, she does make some guest spots on some Baseball shows though. "Zenshuu" is the title of the upcoming photobook and it's quite a different one. It's going to look back at Maria's four previous books with some pics from them along with other outtake ones. There's also going to be new pics, hopefully if a post can be done a few weeks from now will have more info about it. For now these are the only promo pics for the book, top two are covers with the fourth and fifth ones being utterly tremendous....

 So far there's only been one mag spread for the book which is this set from the September 6th issue of Flash, least Maria is looking as sweltering as ever.

 For Maria's previous eight photobooks she always had a slew of spreads to promote them and was often the cover girl. Her last book came out on her February 2nd birthday and this set from the February 8th edition of Young Champion was promoting the book.

 In Maria's previous posts have been including many screenshots of a DVD that came with the book and was a 65 minute one of the photo shoot. So this final set for today will be the last of the screenshots, they're from the final fourteen minutes and there was a longish interview session. After the pics is a video from the July issue of UTB, Maria isn't by herself as she's joined by two MM mates and her terrific segment begins at the 3:31 mark.
