Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Risa Yukihira: 'Birthday Memorial' digital photobook plus one new dazzling mag spread....

Risa's first post was done on April 2nd which was eleven weeks ago, this is now her eighth one and no woman has had as many posts as her in that stretch. So running out of things to say about Risa that haven't been mentioned in those prior posts, one big reason for that is because she got such a late start to her gravure modeling career but she's now doing more than that. She didn't have her first spread until about a year ago but she's really made up for lost time as she's become so popular this year. In April Risa released her first photobook "Melting" which sold about 10,000 copies in it's first two weeks which is a high total for a gravure model. But now the sales are over 20,000(!) as she sold so many when she was a 'Round Girl' at a June 7th boxing championship event.

Risa's first seven posts have an average of well over a thousand views so she may end up being the most popular woman here for 2022. With these two things for today am now caught up with all of her books and mag spreads, let's hope she remains as busy as she has been. She has the cover for the July 5th issue of Flash and it looks like it may be promoting a future digital book.

Risa turned 28 back on June 17th and to me the older gravure models look much better than ones five years younger. This is a 'Birthday Memorial' book that came out two weeks ago by the Friday magazine and to me they look like older outtake pics from photo shoots but all rate an A++++!
