Asuka Saito: Hopefully she's remembered by a few trusty fans....

 

 Had a real impressive streak going for Asuka as she had a post each month from August until February which is seven in all and that hasn't happened with too many the last few years. But since then there was a post on April 2nd and that's been it for close to four months. Have to admit she did slip my mind for a while and will try not to let that happen again. But also Asuka has been so much less busy then she used to be, bet from 2017-20 no Nogi member did as many activities as she did. Perhaps because of that she doesn't need the $$ as badly and also probably deserved a bit of a breather. Could have done this post at the end of May but then again it would have meant no post for June, not a lot of activities but there's over eighty new pics from the past few months.

 Asuka will be turning 24 on August 10th, being a member of Nogi and an Idol is the only kind of life she knows so wonder if that's why she's still with the group? Four first generation members are left and soon it will be just one from the second generation so I don't even know the group at all these days. Will try to have a post on that birthday and have a feeling we won't be seeing any more graduations this year(knock on wood!). Will start off with some recent Instagram pics and Asuka is just so bad at posting often, many are from her musical variety show.

 In the years 2018/9 Asuka won some media awards for being the Idol to appear on the most magazine covers, seemed she had at least two spreads a month. But what a decrease in them the last two years and don't have any regular ones for today. She does have a monthly feature for the Men's Non-no mag but only two pages in each issue, these are from June and July.  Asuka also used to be a model for about five sites but that's now down to two. One of them is for the Sweet magazine and some newish pics from their site.

 Asuka's first and only photobook came out in January 2017(!), that's well over five years ago and will we ever see another one? In Asuka's last post had some pics from a different event and said I was holding on to these for a spell, never realized that 'spell' would be for eleven weeks! This event was the Spring 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show that was held on March 21st, she took her stroll on the 'Special TGC Stage'.

 We've hit the end, not a lot of activities but quite a few new pics. Rarely end off with these kinds of pics but to me they're super duper ones. The 'Nogi Fes' card series has become my top one from the group and have 37(!) of them with Asuka that have come out in the last three months. Some are for Nogi's 10th birthday concerts and the reason no members were at the May 14th 'Girls Award' show is that the first of two concerts took place on the same day. There are just too many videos on YT but none recently that stand out. So after the pics have an Asuka 2019 CM for Lux which has a very long behind the scenes segment.
