Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Kazusa Okuyama: Her breathtaking new Young Magazine spread plus a few other tidbits....

It's a bit of a late happy birthday but on March 10th Kazusa hit the age of 27. She's at that age where many gravure models 'retire' from that line of work and this being her first post in three months thought she may have done that. But it appears not as there is a super duper new spread with many bonus pics though not enough other goodies. Just forty or so recent pics but didn't want to hold on to them for Kazusa is such a popular woman here. Last year she was the second most popular here according to how many views her posts got, the year before she was fourth. Was kind of surprised that Kazusa had twelve posts last year which may be a record for a gravure model though she has been doing a lot of acting and I was introduced to her from watching the 'LupinRanger' series.

Then again why 'retire' from doing gravure spreads and photobooks as it's made Kazusa quite popular these last two years, she may be 27 but I think she's looking better than ever. Let's get to the newish pics and as mentioned not a huge amount but the spread is too sweltering to hold on to. She's not much of an Instagram poster, these are all from the beginning of the year with some being from 2020 photo shoots and the second is from the set of her current drama.

That drama is called "Xstream46" which is a web show but really don't know much about it. It began on February 14th and is supposed to be some sort of extreme horror and violence show with a few quirky things to the story. Will look for it but don't think it's an easy one to find, here's some interview pics Kazusa did for the series with the Dwango site.

Now to the meat of the post as Kazusa is the cover girl for the April 5th issue of Young Magazine but as you can see the spread isn't large enough.

That's okay as this set of pics from their site is almost three times bigger. Kazusa is their featured girl in the magazine's 'Yanmaga' section this month and to me the pics are better than the spread. No video from the photo shoot yet but sure one will be coming out so after the pics have a short promo video for that new drama.
